Best fps i have ever played might have been Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare. Very balanced guns with great online play and competition.

To bad the servers were taken down.. :/

Man, so many of you kids showed up to the FPS scene LATE. There have been far better FPS's than ANY of these newer ones, and CS was better when it was in beta.

i cant belive im sayin this cause its such a stupid game but i used to have the best time, in high school, way back in the day, cuttin class with a bunch of people and goin over to my buddys house to play 007, paintball on niontendo 64. bond, james bond. lmaowtb

And it's not my favortie, but I still like Halo combat involved, and Halo 2. [Since those are the two only out for PC]

Definately Unreal Tournament at number one.
Then has to be Fallout New Vegas (if that's counted!)
After that, Crysis. But Crysis 1 was better than Crysis 2 I think...
Not a big fan of Call of Duty after World at War; I think they tried to hard
