- I could play it with my friends in the same room
- I could throw dice at friends who got us killed
- Much comoraderie
- I litterally took on the character and role played instead of having to input commands into the keys
- Much more room for impromptu sidetracks, like jumping out of an airplane 20 miles from the rest of your party. Let's see a computer game handle that!
- Great diversity of character classes to make the party quite entertaining (ours was an ex-SF soldier, rock star, Ph. D. and a farmer).
-Quests/modules essentially taken from The Weekly World News.
- Allowed us to use our imagination to create the world in wheich we played instead of seeing it on a screen.
