What's "Your" Game?

Post » Sat May 12, 2012 9:31 pm

Videogame: Madden, NCAA Football, and FIFA are games I excel in, I'd challenge anybody to those games and be confident I'd win. Also, Quake 2 Freeze Tag, I owned. As for other games, I can hold my own in shooters, though if I wanted to be "pro" I'd have to work really hard at it. RTS games I'm okay at, and Fighting games I completely svck at. I don't really play racing games. I think that covers all the bases?

Card Game: Black Jack, Texas Hold'em

Board Game: Monopoly

Video Game: none. I'm either average or bad at most games, exceptions being BF1942 as sniper against slightly better than 'normal' mode and Battlefront 2.
Card Games: None. I svck at all of them.
Board games: None.

Video game: I'm pretty good at turning my Xbox 360 on.....Seriously I svck at everything. I get destroyed in MW3 (sometimes I can finish at the top but it seems to be completely random because most of the time my K/D is something like 4 / 905,000,202, I get blown away in Madden, and anything else you could ever think of...Even Scene it!
Card game: 52 pick up? I don't know, I don't play cards...lol
Board game: Chess...Just because my friends don't play chess...If I play online I get murdered.

Well, I'm pretty good at Battlefield 3, my best k/d was 10/2
Which isn't mind-blowing, and most of that was just luck.
The most kills I've ever gotten is somwhere between 25 and 30.

I don't really play card games, the most recent game I played was Rummie, and I got my ass beat.

I don't really play board games, either, most recent was Risk, which was a very close match, but I still lost. My opponent conquered Asia, so he had assloads of reinforcements.

Video Game -

Tekken Tag Tournament, after my ACL surgery I spent so much time on it that I learned literally every combo and counter of each character. Jin + Yoshimitsu was a 10 second win every time any of my friends came over. I can still remember the screaming matches...

Card Game-

Spades. This and the next one were honed from days on.... vacation we'll call it.

Board Game-

Dominoes or Chess. Whichever is more of a board game.

*edit*

lol @ Domino's...

I eat too much pizza.

I'm pretty good at Battlefield 3, and did terribly good in some Call of Duty matches. I went something along the lines of 53/16 K/D in two or three matches. Those were few and far between though. I mostly went 20/13 or close to it.

Bad Company 2 multiplayer. I always seemed to have good games on there, while Modern Warfare 2 left me frustrated.

I enjoy a bit of blackjack, but I'm not much of a card player

Hmmm. Video game? Probably one of the Soul Calibur games, I guess. I play a mean Cervantes.

Don't play card games... and I don't play board games very often (does D&D count? :P)

None anymore. I used to be legendary at Gears of War 1 and TF2. I was like Crypto in GoW, fighting the entire enemy team at the same time and destroying them. In TF2 I used to be a beastly Sniper and also good with the Scout and Soldier. Rank SSS. Actually I was pretty amazing with the Demo too. Didn't play for awhile then I came back and svcked and couldn't get better. Dunno what happened.

Game: Tekken. In particular Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag. And even more in particular using Ling Xiaoyu. I used to have friends who would play Tekken with me but when I started gloating about being able to beat them in those 8 vs 8 team battles using nothing but Ling Xiaoyu they stopped playing Tekken with me :(

Card game: Magic: The Gathering. I'm far from being good but amongst my friends I keep beating them and I've even jokingly boasted in a free for all match that they should focus all of their efforts on me if they wanted to win. And they did, and I won...

Board game: None really, I don't play enough of them to claim any sort of a mastery.

Man, was Xiayou a pain to hit in those stances she had plus that tag-in combo with Panda. Luckily Jin had that spanky spam ballerina twirl kick, and infinite counters.
If there was a Tekken Tag anologue on these forums, oh, it would be on. :starwars:

I find I'm usually near the top of the leaderboards on most games that I play, but I'm rarely the best. I have my moments in Call of Duty, Battlefield and Uncharted, and I'd like to think I'm the best at Killzone (ha!), but I can always find someone better then me. This keeps the games interesting.

Video Game: Timesplitters 2/3. Rarely have I been defeated.

Card Game: Uno. The game is almost 100% luck, but I have a few tricks up my sleeves.

Board Game: Candy Land. Err... I guess Clue, haven't played a board game in a while.

Video Game:

Battlefield: Bad Company
Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Battlefield 3

Any Battlefield game that I can get my hands on, really. Give me a week to get a handle of the flying, and you won't see me on the ground if I can help it. Most matches where I have a decent partner/gunner I'll easily go 60/2, at my best I've earned about 200+ kills with maybe five deaths.

People need to learn how to fire a stinger. So sad.

I'm pretty good at Uncharted/Killzone from what I remember playing of them, but not enough to challenge the Devil to a round. But if he wants to play a little Wake Island anytime.. I'll put my soul and all of my future children's souls on the line.

Yeah, pretty much every Killzone took quite a bit of skill to perfect/become decently good. No matter how hard I try, someones always better then me there. I remember my first time in a Killzone 2 match.. My god.. :cold:

Card Game:

Poker. Texas Hold 'Em.

Maybe Black Jack.

Board Game:

Monopoly? :P

Interesting list so far. And it's true, all my friends have different games (or genres, at least) that they're the best at.

As for me, I usually svck at most of the games I play, but I'm pretty good at Dawn of War (original); I was pretty much unstoppable with the Imperial Guard last deployment. :P
