I doubt Bethesda will do provinces as they save the provinces for future games and not for DLC.

Yeah. The DLC will certainly be crazy other places like the Shivering Isles.

I really hope the dlc takes place in skyrim, the world is more than adequate it has plenty of room for fleshing out even more.

We won't see a dlc which adds a whole province, that is a game in itself.

But maybe they will do something like Fallout's Point Lookout which is a big new region. In Skyrim that would probably cover something like the orc kingdom of Orsinium or single Morrowind city and the area around it.

I hope they do make at least a slice of another province as a dlc.

There is so much they could do other than a province, So i chose "Other".

Save the provinces for new games. Expansions are best when it's in a smaller, but interesting place. Perhaps another plane of oblivion.

There are many possibilities where a dlc could take place and what it could be about.
The neighbouring Morrowind would be interesting to explore, nowm more than 200 years after the Nerevarine story.
An incursion into Cyrodiil could be possible if Bethesda choose to expand on the Stormcloak - Imperial Legion conflict.
Hammerfell is interesting as a new battle ground with the Empire and the Thalmor.
And Daedric planes are always interesting.

An expansion in a different province doesn't have to be the entire province. You could have an expansion that brings you to Jehanna in High Rock, or Bruma in Cyrodiil, or back to Solstheim...

I actually agree with the falmer suggestion someone else made. The falmer might just be the one type of elf I'm not racist against.

Just replying to OP, I really don't think Bethesda should be taking on entire provinces for DLC. Save that for TES VI: Hammerfell ;D

or join a raiding party on there way to Orsinium.

Oh hell no! I better be able to defend Orsinium, maybe even expand the Orsimer empire, or should I say rebuild because
However, this was not to be. Orsinium was once again sacked by the combined forces of Hammerfell and High Rock in the early Fourth Era, and many Orc refugees fled east into Skyrim.

Orsinium feels like a logical place to me, too. It's nearby, and it's small enough to even use as a whole in an expansion.

Indeed.

Several islands out in the occean though, and we could always revisit Solstheim. I mean it must have changed alot in the last 200 years. Oh and the Kingdom of Orsinium could work.

I think a new place would be cool, an island to the north but like a Garden of Eden where there are living Dwemer. How awesome would that be?

While the other provinces on Tamriel are cool, they do deserve their own game. It would feel weird to just visit a couple of small towns in Hammerfell for example. Just go all the way with a new game. You can't do a province justice with a smaller DLC. Shivering Isles is still one of my favorite DLC's out there for any game so i'm highly rooting for another plane. This could be horrible (Plane of Oblivion got really boring, really fast) or great (again, Shivering Isles).
