My point still stands.

Just stick with the plea for the mighty turtle shields for now. Those would be awesome.

Actually I remember a video where the developers were talking about different dual wield combos and I specificly remember them saying that you would be able to dual wield pretty much any one handed item you can think of INCLUDING dual wielding shields if you so wished.

Couldn't you put a shield in one hand and a ward spell in the other?

Can you dual-wield ward spells?

You can dual-wield wards, yeah.
Not so much dual-wielding shields, but being unable to reverse your hands (shield in right, weapon in left) is annoying. I imagine moreso on PC where it means you can't use Left-click to attack.

Really wish I could. It was one of those videos showing the world and spells, dungeons etc for the first time (I think). I must have hit like on about 4 of those types of videos sometime in the summer.
But youtube only remembers the last 100 likes so I don't know but they were talking about dual wielding and said shield shield would be in the game although not much use.
