Why can't my wife give birth? I don't want adopted children

There are technically http://images.uesp.net/6/69/SR-npc-Clinton_Lylvieve.jpg, http://images.uesp.net/7/7c/SR-npc-Samuel.jpg, http://images.uesp.net/b/b8/SR-npc-Assur.jpg, and http://images.uesp.net/0/09/SR-npc-Kayd.jpg children, but as they all look pretty much exactly the same, it's hard to tell.

The Redguard is white? I thought they were..

They are a darker skinned race from Yokuda which fell into the sea thus they relocated to Hammerfell. They share no blood from other races in the game.

Well, how you can manipulate time by waiting and fast travelling an in game nine month pregnancy wouldn't last so long.

I think he's referring to that NPC being as white as a klanner's robes.

You'd think the answer to this thread would be obvious, even to someone who knows nothing about the game making process.

Even if you remove hardware and financial limitations...how would you describe what happened to the Dragonborn's family in the next game? You'd have to account for the fact that some guy went and had about 18 kids because he could. Where did all those kids go by the time of the next game? Where are his grandkids?

I'm glad that they only went with adoption.

Erm, the game isn't really set up for this actual births, there is way to much to consider there.

Does it really matter if your digital kids are linked to your digital Skyrim player.... it's not like the game can tell the difference. It's only matters to you.

Several people stated clear and logical reasons for Skyrim having adoption instead of reproduction. Those reasons remain valid.

Kudos to Bethesda for making a smart decision and going with adoption!

Didn't more people want adoption than childbirth anyway?

I really do not see the issue, just have YOUR child that you ADOPT and or give birth to (if thats a option by time it comes out) to ONLY age than STOP aging about what ur character looks like, so if ur character looks like a certain age, lets say 30's than make him look like that after several weeks of in game play equal in all the times you sleep and WAIT for days at a time, fast foward, fade to black, kinda stuff like they do in fable...I hate to bring up that game but ya, it might not make a ton of sense but sure they could figure something out...

Maybe a mage uses magic on ur kid so he grows up within a week to advlthood to fight beside you? I don't need anymore unkillable children thank you beth!

Yet most people tend to adopt irl more than just one kid, who is to say that you wouldn't here? Why have only one kid when you could have five?

Every time they announce a new feature, I die a little inside from the community reaction.

We are happpy to announce that werewolves will be making a return to the series due to the demand from our fans

"But I wanna be a werebear, and what about the wereboars? God Bethesda you're so lazy"

That's when you call Odhaviing. I'm sure he could win the fight and then play midwife.

So I will buy Harthfire. I will buy some property build my self a nice house. But I want my natural children. To be strong as their 78 level papa. Don't want some weakling adopties. I really don't understand why can't I have my own children with my beautiful wife?

I don't see why would that be some forbiden feature. I mean if someone wants to adopt OK but if not why not same baby production action?

Because then.

My Little boy would be

Fus ro dah and Sniping with a bow. :nono:
