why did you join?

For a reason about 10,000 other people joined.

Couldn't find that damned box for one of the first main-quest-line quests in Morrowind.

Stuck around for years after that. Went away for a bit - and came back. Probably came originally in 2002 or so (before the first expansion).

I joined when i started playing Oblivion on the 360 and grown a certain affection for beth games but i have too say that times are changing like people change gamecompany,s change too nothing stay,s the same forever i guess .(that means im in a neutral position atm)

And if certain people have certain status or power that doesnt automaticly means i like them or adore them, adoration comes with comunication and interaction and if i adore or like someone im sure i will let it know somehow trou my interaction

I wanted to ask a question about Oblivion. I made a topic about it and the first comment went something like "This question again?" Don't know why I stayed after that, but here I am.

I joined to moan about some hardware problems I was having when running Oblivion. Then I moaned about other stuff. Then I left. Then I realised I had more moaning to do, so I came back.

I lurked the forum for almost a year, just reading the forum for Morrowind development news, but then finally joined to ask a technical question about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls_Adventures:_Redguard. But noone was able to answer it, so I joined the forum all in vain :meh:

I joined 2 months after Skyrim had been announced, so as one could guess I joined to discuss Skyrim and TES in general.

Yes, but isn't that why you join everything?

I occasionally also join things for bacon.

To rant about why my New vegas patch corrupted all my saves. I remember that time :stare:

It got sorted though and I have yet to find the exit from here, damn this dark room. Ow!

I use to talk with my nerd buddies about Elder Scrolls, I had one good friend for years I listened to him say "I can't wait for Oblivion to come out" just all the time for years. He moved out of state a while after Oblivion came out so I guess I just wanted to talk to other Elder Scrolls fans.
I can't wait for Elder Scrolls VI to come out.

Because I became infatuated with Morrowind modding and eventually became quite profiecient at it even though my opinion of the game itself was never all that high. its always been weird, hanging out with people who act like its the greatest thing ever who assume that I feel the same way.

I think just to ask some questions about Fallout 3. Used my YouTube username since I didn't think I'd be around for long. How wrong I was.

I joined as I was convinced there was a problem with the Tribunal expansion - except it was a self induced problem, can't remember who put me straight, probably HETT or Alexander. I settled into the Morrowind forums .......................... and then the Black Van turned up ....................

I had a glitch where the vault door in the Operation: Anchorage DLC wouldn't open and came here to ask if there was a known issue or any way to resolve it on the 360. Also, I ended up complaining (I'd use a different word, were it not blocked by auto-censor) about Oblivion and how much I hated it - mostly because of the stupid Shrine of Azura and how, no matter which way I went, I just couldn't reach it.

Basically, I joined because I both needed help and wanted to complain (again, use a different word... something that begins with 'b' and rhymes with itch).

I joined soon after falling in love with Morrowind, and wanted to be among people who also loved the game. Those were the greatest years of my forum-going life.

I came here to discuss the next Elder Scrolls game (which turned out to be Skyrim). I have no idea why I'm still here.
