What if ther crossbows are locked behind a door that requires a key that is only gained by going full dawnguard?

my newest character that im playing first prefers daggers to bows anyways not too worried

essential tagging ruines immersion and messes up RPing.

Im not jumping to conclusions its just that they are pulling a companions 2.0 with danwguard because its either you join dawnguard and do a few quest to unlock the abilty to join the volkhihar or you won't be able to do anything just like how if you don't become a werewolf the companion questline won't continue its rather annoying.

mmhmm, on my imperial character I really wanted to fight my way through Windhelm to Ulfric, "duel" him and give him a taste of his own medicine way before the civil war line ended.

Just as in life, we are all born human, and the direction we take after that is up to us. So if the start of Dawnguard is we join them then get to branch off, who the hell cares?

I think its just her attitude. She comes off really cocky and sure of herself, beyond everyone else in the game.

Almost like the her attitude is exactly like the Thalmor's in that she is always right, but at the opposite end of the spectrum for goals.
