Maybe not overly weird, but definitely awesome. Found a mammoth frozen in a glacier.

walking down the road from Markarth when I come across a cabin at a fork in the road, as I approach the cabin 4 forsworn jump me, I kill them easy enough and decide to investigate the cabin, I start picking the lock but my pick breaks and I'm given a bounty, I turn around and look the area over but I don't see anyone, I try using detect life, the only creature near me was a chicken, I fire balled the chicken and my bounty disappeared.
It's something that happened even before the game was released! I remember once that I had my then character killing Hod and Gerdur's cow. It was the dead of night and only the chicken saw him and he got a bounty that vanished when he killed it. It was not long after the game had been released, but it hasn't been fixed yet apparently. :)

The other day I found a Skeleton who was nice to me. He just stood there, staring at me with his glowing bright eyes.. After about 8 minutes of staring at each other, he blinked and got mad then attacked Derkeethus who killed him in one hit.. I don't know why but this just made me laugh.

There was this tent, and inside there were: two bedrolls, a couple plates and goblets, clothing strewn about, and flowers scattered all over.

Heh forgot about this one until I came across it today.

Locked in a Dwemer treasure room (expert lock) was a skeleton propped up against the wall with a copy of "the locked room" in his hand.

I found a Khajiit caravan walking on the road saying that the bandits were attacking them. Then they walk right through a freaking bandit camp, fort greenwall to be exact, and the bandits didnt even move. So I assumed they were somehow peaceful, but I was wrong.

Sometimes when I fast travel to a town/city, a kettle loads into the cell and drops on me, or near me. Anyone else see this?

I was hanging around the Thalmor Embassy (completed MQ) and on the path to it i noticed a body. I got in closer, and it was Elenwen, nekked, and dead, next to a dead bear. I dont know how that happened or when, but it was really weird. Weirdest thing ive encountered. Does anyone know anything about it?

I found the bodies of three giants, but no other bodies.

What could do that? Gets creepier considering I haven't initiated the Dragon Spawning quest yet.

...companions spawn around the world... coulda been them?

i found them killing a dragon once waaay off int he distance, got there just in time to eat it's delicious soul...

I was traveling through the hot springs near Windhelm tonight and came across 3 hunters with a camp set up. 2 women and a man. One of the women and the man were sitting on rocks in water up to their necks with nothing but their undies on apparently just relaxing in the warm water. The second woman was actually stretched out on her back in the water with her arms behind her head. She turned her head slightly to look at me as I walked up. It was one of the strangest but somehow most realistic looking random scenarios I've come across. They actually had all their clothes folded up on the rocks near by. I couldn't help but laugh at them. I had just killed a dragon nearby, there were giants in the area, and of course there are wild animals around and here they are soaking up the good life in the hot springs. Gotta love those Nords.

Once I was swimming underwater and suddenly a dragon appeared dead underwater, it was ancient too, so I wasn't complaining, but has no soul from him. Couldn't even search him for loot.

I had purchased the Amulet of Mara and had forgotten I was wearing it, until the big, burly smith in Riften propositioned me. Ummm....no dude. Just. No.
That one was a little weird.

I came across a large boulder at the base of a waterfall with the body of someone known only as 'Alchemist' propped up on top of it. An Altmer in black mage robes. There are no bloodstains or signs of a struggle nearby, making it seem as though he died a natural death and was placed there by a loved one as a kind of open-air burial. I can't help but wonder, though - is this Alchemist the one to whom the Alchemist's Shack near Ivarstead once belonged? The Alchemist's Journal found inside the dwelling does contain the words, "I have moved my alchemy work outside the shack. I find the midday air is a boon to my health...,", which might suggest that he was ailing and that the midday air, though pleasant, did little to slow the progression of his illness.
Oh, and I've also noticed that giant camps always feature these stone bowls in which 'offerings' of alchemical ingredients and soul gems are placed. Not so much a 'weird' thing, but I find it interesting to think that they may have their own rudimentary sense of spirituality and perhaps even a god(dess) for whom the offerings are intended.

Dark Brotherhood spoilers ahead, so click at your own discretion:

Spoiler
Astrid's burnt body standing in the middle of all the candles after the Sanctuary's been destroyed rather than lying down like it should.

Very creepy.

Earlier i assisted a giant taking down a dragon near the Bonestrewn Crest. The dragon died at the road with the giant standing next to it. A person came walking down the road right next to the giant, not considering him a threat at all, the giant noticed it, stomped it's foot and sent him flying into the startosphere. Then it noticed me. I managed to outrun him, but it wasn't easy with all the laughing

Old stuff, but still as hilarious as ever.

Lydia completley disappearing in a cave of Falmer. Completleyvdisappeared, no body or inherietence lettercor anything. Then she ends up dead in the middle of Whiterun. Also a giant being sent 100ft in the air by unlrelening force.

In oblivion I had a conversation with an underwater orc.

I can't think of anything weirder than the necromancer with the ghosts as six slaves. Quite bizarre by any standards.

Outside Windhelm I had a dead horse spawn in mid air, rocket straight down into a boulder bounce off and fly further down the road.

A courier tries to deliver a letter to me just outside of Riften when a Frost Dragon attacks. He runs away, I kill dragon, he returns without his clothes.
