Oh. I guess it's just a random bug then, cause I've never seen anything like that.

And thanks. I like yours too.

In the middle of nowhere with a blizzard raging, only to have a courier in his undergarments run up to me,that was a strange and amusing one.

The first one isn't really on topic but always wanted to share that.

lol .. I had one of those a while back and a stupid kid was saying naked naked naked!

How about a dungeon closet full of shoes. Has Imelda Marcos made it into the game?

Hahaha! Glad somebody else got the reference. That's North Shriekwind Bastion, IIRC. I ran through there again recently on a new character. I always think about that reference when I see them.

This happened to me recently. I grabbed an iron mace (weird, because I never use them) and first used it on a bandit on the first stairs going up to Bleak Falls Barrow and once I killed her she flew far away. Like a blast from the matrix threw her off the ruins. :woot:

some crazy old lady running up to me asking me to use wabbajack on her, i said no because i didn't have it on me at the time i ended the conversation and she just said wabbajack over and over again and ran off

The first time this happened to me my first character had the Wabbajack stored in a cupboard somewhere. I was trying to sneak into a fort occupied by Forsworn and she was all, "Wabbajack! Wabbajack! Wabbajack!" Plucky old gal pulled out a dagger and attacked an archer. I think "friendly fire" may have killed her. After that, I resolved to carry the Wabbajack everywhere. Never saw her again.

On the next character to get the Wabbajack, I carried it with me just in case. After 2 or 3 dozen levels and no crazy lady, I put it away. Then, while out in the fields west of Whiterun at night to gather nirnroot and luna moths, there she was! I remembered the Wabbajack was in Solitude, so I fast-traveled there and came back, having noted her ID code. She was gone without a trace. Sigh.

You know those ride-able horses that you can find occasionally out in the wilderness (no stolen tag)?
So I'm doing a run from Winterhold to Windhelm (tedious) and I see a horse up ahead and think, "Oh, Goody!" But it looks weird, it's kind of twitching and as I get closer, I see that it's sticking out of a rock face about 10 feet above the ground, squirming up and down like a worm that's half out of its hole.
I didn't have the presence of mind to take a screenshot, because it was so disgustingly fascinating.
So as it writhes, it slowly is slipping forward, like the cliff is extruding it -or worse, like it's hatching.
After a few seconds, it pulls clear, falls to the ground and dies.

I know it was a spawning glitch, but the way it looked was one of the more disturbing things I've seen.

Oh, and http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/809/horseonhorse.jpg/

I saw a naked Thalmor agent walking around in the firest, and about a minute after that I found a battlefield full of the corpses of Stormcloaks and Thalmor. And a random set of Eleven Armor just sitting there.

I also once saw a bandit kill himself, I was at that mine overlooking a river, I was hiding in the river, and I tried to shoot him, he dodged it, but came to investigate, he used a shortcut and ended up killing himself.

Imp Stool

At 1st I was like... Wha!?!?!? The guy is carrying an Imp turd for potion making?
Then when I moused over, I saw it was a mushroom and I was a little disappointed.

I blame in on Panda poo tea being in the news. Clearly it has jaded my perceptions on what is a drinkable ingredient.

I've never ever seen anyone ever mention the mammoth stuck in a glacier. I forget where exactly it is. But I know there is also a Dwemer ruin that has also been swallowed by the glacier. The mammoth has arrows and axes stuck in it. And if you climb on top of it there are all kinds of bones is it.
Totally and completely this. It's been pinned to the wall of the ice valley; what in the bejaysus could do that? The first time I came across it I was expecting some terrifying über-boss to appear and mess me up, but nothing happened. Is there any lore on what went on with that mammoth?

Weird stuff: struggling up that huge steep river gorge from the coast all the way to Ivarstead, there is a point where a fallen tree lies across the river as a bridge. One archer was crouching in the middle of it, waiting. A baddie? I dug out my long neglected Detect Life spell, and he was indeed up to no good. I skirted round, got up to the same level as the tree-bridge, and let him make his move. One arrow dodged, I hit back with a Thunderbolt, and blasted him clean off the log into the gaping valley below. EASILY 100ft down, onto jagged rocks. OK, forget him....wait, why is there a red dot on my compass? He survived that fall?! Beyond weird, and heading for ridiculous.

I haven't seen anything mentioned about it. I just assumed that the glacier moved in and the mammoth couldn't get out of the way fast enough. Then some nords heard it screaming in pain and decided to put it out of it's misery.

Last night I encountered a "Noble" with an Imperial bodyguard. After talking to the Noble he mounted his horse and just sat there. Being the mean and sneaky archer that I am, I backed up a bit, crouched and plunked a 1-shot pew-pew-die into him! He slumped over and the guard went crazy so I dispatched him quickly. The horse with the dead Noble laying upon it never flinched. OK...being still mounted he was un-lootable. So, I plunk one in the horse's rump and he darts off leaving the dead Noble free-floating in the air, plank style! lmao

Just yesterday a wandering spriggan went right past me. I got all prepared for mage battle, missed with my first blast and it didn't care. Just waltzed on down the path past me. That was odd.

I've seen that before in Riften. I went into one of the shops and the guy was sitting in the chair. I turned around and he was slowly floating sideways across the room in the "sitting" position. He seemed to be following me around the building like that. I couldn't stop laughing.

In the bottom-right corner of the map, on top of the mountain you'll find
Spoiler
Several huge splotches of blood, leading upwards. If you follow it, you'll find a Frost Troll, a Flag stuck in the rock, a locked strongbox, and a helmet with a skull in it.
Definitely one of the more interesting things I've come across thus far.

I found this not long ago and found it noteworthy too.

Another funny and WTF scene is a bandit Archer killing a chicken during combat.

Somewhere in the Reach - I forget exactly where - there's a rowboat bobbing in a river at the base of a mountain. It's littered with jewels and bottles of booze and its owner is nowhere to be seen, so I'd say it's safe to assume that some time ago some lucky gent had the good fortune of stumbling across a jackpot of glittery things and got himself merrily drunk to celebrate. Inebriated men and rowboats don't mix, so he probably ended up tumbling out and washing up a few weeks later in Riften, leaving the boat and the gems all by their lonesome.

Last night I was up walking the beach between Windhelm and Winterhold and decided to try my luck on the ice flows.Anyway, after a short distance I came to an open gap of water with an overturned row boat so I swim over to see what's on the go. I dive and right under the boat is two skeletons half buried under the ocean floor with a backpack, a shield, and an iron sword, just as I was about to go up for air my compass filled up with 8 red dots, it was a school of slaughter heading right for me so I swam to the nearest patch of ice with them in tow, I was pinned there for 1 hour(in game) in sneak before they would go away.
Just down from Winterhold there is a path that leads down to the ocean just under the town, and along they way there is two skeletons covered in snow. When I got closer I could see that one of the skeletons had it's leg in a bear trap and the other was sat down beside the one in the trap with a restoration skill book, minor health potion, and a backpack with other minor healing potions, which leads me to believe that two unlucky students fell to one bear trap.
