The note on the table in Whittaker Farmstead is the same note as can be found with the dead Rangers on the top floor of the abandoned building in Boulder City. Was present before the patch also.

so after the Patch download i have been playing today and WOW the jump-roping-arms are more prelevant than ever! and i F'n Hate that the most! especially when it looks as if the gun/guns are held above or over your head when crouched! AAaaggghhh!!!
can anyone explain how a game,with this many bugs gets released? AND the company that makes it either doesnt completely fold due to horrific gameplay issues or doesnt get "fired" from ever making a game again. i am SOOOO frustrated right now. my gameplay is fine i'm not that anol about small glitches but when your characters arms consistently go up and down it makes you want to throw the game right in the garbage!
i am consistently turning my system completely off and/or clearing the cache on a regular basis hoping that it will eventually go away!
