So what would youre tactics be, priorities for camp golf, camp mcarren, fiends,BoS, khans, everyone basically.

Edit: After slapping myself repeatedly in the face, I would simply just set up an ambush around the Legate's Camp with the Artillery firing in the background at the door while Centurions use their Marksman Carbines to chip away at the Rangers. Meanwhile, I go down there myself and just use my guards with Ballistics Fists to take advantage of their occupied states. If push comes to shove, I unleash Lanius and call it a day.

I'd put Vulpes Inculta in charge and retire and settle in Tuscon.

I personally would order Vulpes to train several spys by himself then order them to take new vegas and give them the best weaponary possible.To assasinate Mr house and give the casino leaders a choice. Join legion or die when our troops go into new vegas
I would give the khans a choice. Poison youre chems to make them lethal to kill the fiends or the cross.
I would probably wipe out the BoS, too powerful for the legion
And basically keep spreading stories of the legions brutality and merciless nature to scare all the NCR soldiers, then surround camp golf and send all the legionaries. Camp Mcarren will have been taken by the fiends [i will poison them afterwards]. Camp forlorn hope will be wiped out. New vegas will have been taken.
The Boomers will be left alone
And after the NCR has been wiped out off the mojave, i would give every man who surrendered and was not a active military soldier of the NCR citizenship, to show the legions good side. Every nation needs citizens and it would help win over the Mojave

Send Lanius to cross the lake north of the camp with a few hundred men, make a foothold and start shipping in men while I would contact the boomers and use them to shell mcarren. From there im not sure XD

Put Lanius in charge, If he's not up for it I would continue Caesars legacy. I doubt I could do better. Maybe send more spies to work with the NCR, leek twice as much information.

While not so sure about administrative side of CL, there are few things needs to address:

Abandon the technophobia, collect and repair robots founded. Dig into the Fort dungeon and reprogram the Securitrons, if I am the courier than this part is easy.

The medical serves is rather poor, so I create a shamanic order to maintain drug use under strict protocol instead of full ban; and minimal one shaman (and slaves) for every 5 Decanus and co.

Well I guess that's all I can come up with politics, as we don't really know much about CL politics.

Now some campaigning before 2nd Battle for Hoover Dam:

Send more troops via Cottonwood Cove.

Get Dead Sea to take Novac and Helios One instead of occupying Nelson; establish a base at Novac.

Offer Helios One to the Bortherhood in exchange for no interference.

Send rafts to assault Camp Golf and burn it down, than hopefully the remain troops is enough to raid 155 and rally at Novac; otherwise they can hide in Eastside and raid NCR farm.

Send Vexillary to Westside for a foothold in outer Vegas.

Direct electricity to the Fort to active Securitrons.

Than during 2nd Battle for Hoover Dam, use assault on Hoover as faint, while main force cross Lake Mead and directly strike McCarran; Force at Novac would take Boulder City to prevent NCR reinforcement return to McCarran. Without Camp Golf co-ordinating intelligence this should be easily achievable.

Once McCarran is down, NCR at Hoover would be sandwiched, un-supply and supported.

Did anyone actually have a choice to have legion go into the mojave? I dont think the people of the mojave actually voted..

Personally I'd continue Caesar's harsh ways of destroying anything or anyone who doesn't accept my leadership. I'd probably spare anyone who didn't fight, such as children and women, and enslave them. I'd remove the sixism from the Legion, along with things like forbidding stimpacks. Despite the fact that I'd like to keep gambling and drinking on the Strip, I'd ban it. I'd make sure Vulpes becomes second-in-command, and Lucius third, as I really would not like Lanius leading the Legion.

I wouldn't enslave anybody who agreed to my command, as it's implied Caesar did, but I'd still maintain a firm grip on all settlements, where all crimes are punished harshly. I'd also deal with fiends, powder gangers etc. immediately, making sure everybody living under the Legion banner is safe.
