The UI/Menu's
Thats the only big issue for me (it can be modded though luckily on PC so not really an issue once the mods come out).

Also once in awhile when a NPC is talking the voice work will cut in and out, I guess that is my one issue (as the UI is something that can be fixed/modded).

I haven't played much yet, so I'm sure there will be plenty to gripe about. The thing that annoys me the most right now is the UI. Other than that, I don't much like the intro -- yet another long tutorial. I also don't care much for the map or forced 3rd person perspectives.

The one non-glitch aspect of the game (since I'm assuming the screen cutoff and horribly small text issues will be fixed soon) that irks me is the UI. The one from Oblivion made so much more sense, and was way more detailed. Specifically the hotkey system. God, I miss it.

The fact that I can't get rid of Lydia. The only options are for her to follow me or stay at my house. I don't want her to follow me and I don't want her to stay at my house. :(

Cities are way to small. Riverwood is almost the same size as Riften it seems.

I think the lack of locations (other than dungeons) :) Weather system could also be improved, but i can live with it, so that doesn't count, but yeah, the locatiosn, although varied, are really limited, (what, 100 of them?)

My problem with the textures is that many of the seams where two different textures meet look really bad.

the flight path of the dragons makes me go crazy...their sudden turns go against all laws of physics and every once in a while the dragons dive into the ground...lol...and come back up.. also (still dragon-related) i dont like that the fire breath/frost breath from the dragons are virtually impossible to dodge...thats my complaint...other than those things....its pretty much all good.

Hmmmm....
Hhhhhmmmmmmm............
Hhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........

I guess the inconsistency of the shadows. Some light sources cast full shadows, while light from other sources remains as it was in previous games, passing through everything.

(Or maybe the broken poor UI?)

Yep, the UI is ridiculous. I just spent 20 of my first 50 minutes playing trying to figure out how to hot-key abilities. From reading forums I think the problem is that I changed the key-bindings to what I use in Oblivion. The key I set to "favourites" won't let me favourite weapons, which in turn won't let me hot-key anything.

Maybe. I'll give it another try in a bit.

Lots of weird niggles too, like clicking on the end of the sliders in character creation not doing anything, and clicking on races only scrolls up one at a time instead of going to the race you clicked on.

It's funny, 'cause I would switch to my USB 360 controller in an instant if it wasn't for how handy hot-keys can be once you are using a variety of spells and potions.

Lack of Hotkeys.

Favourites Menu is just a quick inventory, not hotkey...:sadvaultboy:

The awkward 'ending'. Its not really a bad thing, it was just like an 'um so.... what now >.> <.< >.>... ? ' moment for me.

How incredibly glitchy companions can be, especially (at least for me) the romanced one.

Would complain about the romance in general but it's so terribad it's hilarious.

Too big needs second thread. It is however not gotten off topic much. Guess it's cause there is so much to complain about.

Complaint: no underwater air meter.

ever since i disabled the steam overlay, the game hasn't crashed at all. It's actually way more stable than oblivion was. The only glitches I have encountered are textural; no game-breaking glitches.

Yep, their AI is hilarious at times, and animations and transitions look a bit unrealistic at times, but overall, i love them!
