The only thing that bugs me a little is that you can use items while storing them.
Can't count the times I ate all my food and ingredients instead of storing them.

Not being able to map sets of L+R weapon/spell/shield/empty hand. Combat could be so much less awkward if I could just equip two spells with one button, a weapon and a free hand(seems impossible to do without entering menus the way it works now) or shield with one button, etc.

You level way too damn fast.

I've logged about 30 hours into that game (I know, I've been a mole this weekend) and I'm already level 25, almost 26.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but it was not possible to level this fast in Oblivion. I logged at least 150 hours in my main character on Oblivion, and he only got to level 31.
that was a design decision for this game, no classes but you level faster so you get perks faster to define your character.

That I have to favorite things in order to hotkey them.

That aside, the game is gorgeous and awesome!

My only complaint is that there isn't enough time between sleep intervals to play

This is one of mine.

Also, it annoys me that I can't jump while sprinting. It's also annoying that you can't shoot arrows at targets too far away, kinda takes the fun out of getting good at archery.

well there is really only ONE thing that bothers me much and that is except for the "frezzeing" issue on xp that when you dual wield and dont have your weapons drawn the second weapon simply DISAPPEARS into thin air. sorry beth but please patch this so you actually SEE the second weapon on the body atleast. thats nonsense.

Rain is still not dynamic. It goes through surfaces. This irked me a lot in Oblivion almost as much as the snow did and I couldn't wait for it to be fixed in Skyrim! Ah well... the game is still perfect. But I don't like walking under a big stone bridge with rain drops falling through it.... seems there's a problem with leaks.

I noticed a comment about leveling being too fast... I'll just say the reason I think its a great frequency is because you only get one perk per level and that's the only way to really enhance your skills. I gotta get my Eagle-eye, persuasive Speech, One-handed skills, backstabs and shadowy sneaking, and the Blocking improvements, and that is taking quite a few level ups!

One more.

8 hotkeys is really not enough if you play more varied.

I like a ton of things but I have two... is that okay?

#1: The dungeon I went into with vampires was pretty bright and had torches and campfires in it... kind of unrealistic.

#2: I had to fight this one bandit leader dude like 7 times! Because every time i would fight him he would keep getting insta-kill finisher moves on me even though I had 100/120 (or so) health! Really annoying.

That's it though! I love this game so far!!

I think this game just scales in smaller increments, I was level 24 when I restarted, and with my first character I'd barely scratched the surface of the game and had relatively low skills. In Oblivion, I don't think I ever got a character to level 30 even with several maxed skills.

1 level in Skyrim =/= 1 level in Oblivion in terms of the power gain it represents.

Weapons needing to be repaired I loved that :-(. Creating your own spells......hmmmm why take that one out Beth? Did people hate that and I didn't know? Oh and also I kiss seeing my paper doll character in equip mode that was fun. Just minor stuff.
