I was actually going to say it'd be much better for people to really work themselves at the gym before the release of Skyrim.

And this is why you only date nerdy girls.

They get it.

This. So much this.

My GF is staying up with me while I wait for Steam to unlock, I think she wants to see how Skyrim is since I'm so excited for it.

I'm just going to lie to my girlfriend because I have no morals.
Girlfriend: Where were you all day Friday?
Warwick: I was with another woman.
Girlfriend: Oh, you bastard! You're such a stud. You've made me so jealous that I'm going to bake you a cake and give you the night of your life to win you back. You're all man, not like the computer game geeks I usually date.
Warwick: All according to plan.

My gf has been briefed, I will be utterly useless all weekend, so we're doing all of our cleaning tonight and tomorrow, stocking my mini-fridge with snacks and highly caffeinated beverages. In all honesty, she'll probably be playing the PC version in the other room as she doesn't like the Xbox controller. So either way, win-win.

I actually prefer the opposite. Sometimes I want something that is my own, and not "ours". I prefer women who do their own thing, and let you do your own thing. Boundaries are good; don't buy into all this new age blasphemy. When I spend a lot of time gaming, it is my time. When I golf, I golf. When I game, I game. However, When I spend time with my family, I don't delude it. It works both ways. Some things are better without the Mrs., trust me.

My fiance has been prepared for over a month now. At least three times she has asked if I wanted to go to one event or another this weekend. Just the other day she turned to me in the car and said, "I'm going to my mothers Friday, but I'm assuming you're not going." Granted I never want to go to her mothers, but at least this time she felt I had a valid excuse.

My gf is ok with it, she sometimes asks me to play The Witcher together. My dog Azteca was barking to the big oblivion gate once, so he welcomes the news that there will be no gates like it at all. the end i guess.

Today, I broke the news to my girlfriend, family and friends. As well as my two beautiful dogs.

"Ask of me what you will, for today and tomorrow I shall answer thy bidding and do what must be done in this life. For come friday, I must declare sabbatical, as I answer thy holy calling, and that is Skyrim. No soul shall bother me, for my mind will be trapped, inescapable and emotionally invested to the great hero that I am. I shall climb steep mountains, and traverse treacherous valleys, all the while checking my buttocks out. I shall be master of swords and fist pump of holy retribution. Mud Crabs will fear me, Wolves will stay clear of me. For I am of Dragonborne."

They all looked at me like this.

-_- -_- >_> <_<

I suggest you all do the same. For your own sake.

Yeah, I'd say that if I didn't have any friends or family that understand my affinity for the Elder Scrolls, or if I didn't have a life...
