I am just wondering who else has played Skyrim for 1,000 hours? ( I have steam to prove it  )

I've seen people claim that they have played for over 4000 hours.

I wouldn't be able to spend 120 hours on Skyrim let alone 1,000.

I have played Skyrim for over 100 hours, and I am not proud of myself for doing so.

I would be disgusted with myself for playing 1,000 hours.

Do you even own the game? You haven't experienced much if you haven't even played 120 hours.

It's been about 7 months. With about 30 days per month, 7 months x 30 days/month x24 hours/day = 5040 hours since launch. So I'm pretty sure no one has played over 4000 hours.
At 1000 hours, almost 20% of your life has been in Skyrim (within the past few months).
I'm at 425, and not proud of it. Although it's practically the only game I've played lately.

That would mean they've literally not stopped playing since it came out, I doubt that. Congratulations on playing it so much- I've logged just over 500 hours myself :tes:

I'm at about 500. You people shouldn't be so mean. "Disgusted?" Come on now. I'd like to hear one good reason why playing 1000 hours is disgusting. If anything, YOU are disgusting.

You can do everything, or mostly everything, in 100 hours or a bit less.

First of all, no. No you can't. Second, if you really want to experience the game to it's fullest. A single playthrough could last about 200 hours. And even then, there will be much left to do. The Radiant Quest system allows hours of gameplay after a questline is finshed, so technically, you can't do "everything."

I edited my post because of that. But yes, you can do mostly everything in about 100 hours. Main quest line, main faction quests, side quests, clearing all dungeons, etc.

Does depend on pace though. My first playthrough I spent 80 hours chasing butterflys

No, you really can't. You'd have to try to run past everything and speed from all dialogue, and just maybe you'd finish half the content the game has to offer.

I'm somewhere above 200, I think.

Clearing all dungeons? No. There are 547 locations total, according to the Prima Games Strategy guide. I'd like to see you complete all quests and clear all of those locations that contain hostile NPCs.

Ummm... there are only about 5000 hours in 7 months. I think you may have estimated a bit too high.
