Local map shows black over the places what I have discovered already. Some times it's "big" black square and some times it's just like I haven't been there (blend in to that black where I haven't been yet. Don't know can I explain it.) This may be a small problem but becouse I like explore and "harves" incredients from the nature, this problem ain't nice for me. I would like to see from local map where I have been and where I haven't.

My save file is 8MBs reaching 9MB and there is some framerate issues, most is avoidable if I dont play for extended period of time. But longer I play the more framerate problems I have. I also cant even start a new char waiting for patch because I didnt know about the Prisoner One save thing until recently. So I am stuck having to move to a different game if I wanna keep this current char playable when patch comes in.

Also it seems I have heard this isnt the first Bethesda title with this type of problem for PS3

Old PS3 'fatty' with 80gb free stoage. 140hours spent in the game, level 42. Savegame just under 11mb. I have minor lag issues in different places. Whiterun is the worst place but all places with a bunch of npc's give me lag. Open worlds as well. Dungeons usually work just fine (mostly). Tried to rebuild database and reinstall the gamefiles to see if it helps the lag. No change. Have had a few game crashes, think they are related to autosave, lucky enough I'm a compulsive saver, so I have around 50 savegames. Proudspire mansion is bugged. Cant use the weaponracks or shield holders. The manequins is bugged as well, putting armor on them turns the parts invisible, if I remove one object the rest appear, but are invisible when I reload the mansion. WILL NOT STOP PLAYING THIS GAME.

i have yet to even be able to play the game. i start a new game, it goes to the intro quote with the dragon statue, then it briefly flashes what looks like a character falling out of the sky, says "Bethesda Studios presents" or whatever, then immediately resets back to the initial load/new game screen. i've tried over and over and can't even begin to play the game. anyone else experienced this issue and/or heard of a fix for it? pretty lousy that i paid 60 bucks for a game i can't even play. probably going to return it if i can't find a solution soon.

Don't know my total playtime offhand, but the file size is 11mb. Lag started slowly, stuttering mainly in towns. Then taking 3 minutes getting into a new area to let me even save the game. Now it is unplayable. Cannot fast travel. When I try the loading screen hangs.

OG PS3 with 60GB HDD. Logged about 136 game hours, save file size @12 MB.

Pretty much the same story here. Have to frequently restart the game once the lag kicks in after a while of play; Play time between lag started to kick in shortens as save file size increases.

Either they KNEW this is going to happen but launch it anyway, or no one during the entire development process of this game have ever had a PS3 game save size over 10MB??

On mission ''THE BATTLE FOR FORT AMOL'' ''Join the men attacking Fort Amol'' When i go straight to the arrow the ''attacking men'' wasn't where should be, theres no one and the mission start's anyway. When i walk to the fort theres no one either, even after i receive a massage saying that the fort has all of his ''100% soldiers''. Also lot's frame drops when walking near Whiterun and off course i have a arrow straight to my stomach that doesn't go away!! 8.5mb save!!!!

GambelQ is my account name I am level 34 on a 250GB slim PS3 and my save file is 9710kb and I have been experiencing glitches since about level 29-30. I am able to play at 4-5 minute intervals before the lags really makes the game unplayable. This is my only post in the topic, if someone at Bethesda ends up reading my post, since my name is linked to my steam account I'd like to just get a steam version of this game so I can play it. All I want is to play a game, hopefully you guys can fix it soon.

I am getting the same issues as most people. after i hit 6mb of save memory (currently at 14mb) i started to get the lag...restarting system would fix it for awhile. however i am now having an issue that i can't seem to fix. when i go to start my game, it wont load at all, any file...i have let it sit there forever and still it wont load, i have to go over and manually shut off the ps3 and try again, finally i just gave up trying. i really dont want to start yet another character (am currently level 46) and may actually go to gamestop and return the game, which svcks because i do think its a great game.

30 hours level 18 nord 6mb. Frame rate drops during normal play and horribly after a shout. Also a hired muscle quest given by the companions doesn't work. Dorian th target isn't where he is suppose to be. So the quest can't be completed.

I did have the freezing issue quite a bit when my save got to 10mb with 50+ hours but turning off a lot of the autosaves helped out a lot and now I only have the occasional low framerate for a few seconds. The two problems I am currently having to deal with is:

1. After I completed the taking of solitude for the Stormcloaks, the battle music has been continuously looping for about 3 days now (I've turned the music completely off now but it would be nice to have it back)

2. The starting mission for the thieves guild (where you have to collect the debts.). I got the money off of the argonian in the tavern then I walk out and the game completely freezes and the ps3 has to be reset (I've attempted this mission 5 times now)

Im only at 3,5mb and I get occasional low fps (not as bad as most are experiencing but noticeable). Especially in the first dragon fight I had to play at around 10 fps and it was real hard to take any control of the game, so I went into a safe location and spammed some arrows. And Ive already had one absolute freeze when I had to completely restart my PS3 250gb, hard to imagine its only going to get worse.

Level 23, "fat" 80GB PS3, 65 hours in. Game was running fine at 9mb, but began to piss me off around the 11mb mark. I mostly like the dragon slideshows I get to see from time to time.

Been playing for many many hours, 13mb save files, have two house with a crap ton of gear stored there.

Have the original "fat" model PS3 with a 300gb HD installed. Seagate I think, not sure.

My lag issues are rather minor. After a couple hours of play when I first fast travel to a city or town area, response is jerky. I have had a handful of times where the game start to grins down to a halt, restarting the game (not rebooting the PS3) resolves it. Dragons seem to spike it sometimes too, but generally resolvable.

Companion behavior seems buggy. Lydia will occasionally just disappear and not return until a couple of fast travels. Still her AI in general is a big asset and I prefer going into battle with. Had Barbas following for a while as well, about the same.

Controls occasionally seem loose, but nothing terribly in the way.

Haven't run into any major quest bugs yet.

Some rendering weirdness. Models not loading, textures oddly low res, models stuck in the ground, sticky lumber, etc. again, nothing major.

I was pretty excited about the stability compared to FONV, until I started reading about the problems others have had.

120 Gig PS3 Slim

Well, I had an interesting little issue happen. So I'm playing along with my fighter character, doing part of the companion questline, when I come across some place with silver hand people. Being true to the cause, I purge the place of any living silver hand, loot it, and continue on to my quest.

Two quests later, and I'm tasked to take out the silver hand HQ... only to suddenly have the guy who's supposed to be my Shield-Brother simply not seem to care anymore. Confused, I check out UESP, and it turns out that that place I found and took out? That was the HQ, and now I've screwed myself out of any more quests and had to restart the character. The issue here is that... if something like this happens, where the player has taken out the target without knowing they were part of a quest, why not either respawn a target room or enemy leader, or have some interesting dialog with the guy who comes with you about how everything was already taken out etc. Basically, some way to actually get a recognized quest completion?

I also had the disappearing furniture glitch in Breezehome with this character. I left, returned, and they were back, but now the place looks like crap. It'd be nice if there was some kind of way to organize stuff after it happens, such as talking to the guy in dragonsreach, perhaps about "renovations" or something, which would reset stuff to it's proper place (but leave chests and containers alone, of course). Also, the Axe of Whiterun (An Orcish battleaxe by the looks of it) isn't displaying properly on the weapon rack. Instead of being vertical on the stand, it suddenly lays down horizontally, suspended by.... nothing. Looks quite strange.

---

Another issue - After loading the savefile with my mage, whom has the +100% mana regen mask and archmage robes equipped, her MP regen seems to have... slowed down, almost returned to normal, rather than be 325% normal speed. I have no problems with the head disappearing like other people do (I kind of wish it did - that'd have been cool), but... the benefits of wearing them seem to have poofed away. Either that, or the glitch was that when I first equipped them, regen was so fast the Magicka bar didn't even bother to show up when I shot Firebolt spells. Either way, something weird happened.

---

Also, obligatory "Hey, my Thief's savefile got overwritten..." Perhaps it'd be better to not autosave a new file at character creation? That may be what's killing off all the poor innocent bosmer thieves. She was a low level, so it's not like I lost a ton of progress, but it's made me kinda paranoid that even with backup saves, I may wind up getting character purges just for starting new games.

---

There's also the obligatory framerate issue thing, but I just reset my PS3 when that happens, and people have been all over that since day 1. Surely you guys have heard it already.

Save 4.3 mega, 23 hours. PS3 160 Giga I'm at fort Neugrad and when i cast zombie on the bandits and change area they simply turn to dust immediately after i change to the indoors. As result i can no longer interact with them or search the dust. A bit boring since i can't have my zombies following me around :(

Also some other bugs. When i fast travel with the zombies, they simply die and respawn all their equipment.

Original PS3 Slim (120GB), 35 hours, 9 minutes in. Exact save file size: 8253 KB. Level 23 Nord. Started noticing frame-rate drops while making my way through the Companion's quests. One of them entails traveling in the open world with a couple of other characters. Lag was almost unbearable there.
