The hardest part here is 'where to begin', cuz I'm pretty sure the list I could make wouldn't end before I got bored making it... Anyway..
I've been in the game a considerable amount of time, around 81 hours by now, my save game file is 13 mb. (no patches / no system update to 4.0 (my internet provider and I are in battle cuz I can't download. Other story...)) The fps lag is IDIOTIC. For example, I left riften through the backdoor of my Honeywhatever house, and ended up on the docks, where I strolled into the woods for a morning walk. The few steps on the docks took me 8 pictures of a person in slightly different settings, aswell as about 5 minutes of time.
Sadly..., upon reaching the woods it's starting to get really annoying. Standing still, doing absolutely nothing at all, and yet the fps rate is so depressing suicidal people look like clowns in summer. It takes approximately 25-40 seconds to move from one picture to the next and so on...... At this point I decide this game has really, genuinely become unplayable.
Time of playing? .... about 30 minutes in (or less) I start to notice things getting laggy, after about 45-50 minutes it's unplayable, no matter where I am. If I'm deep in a dungeon in the middle of nowhere I have lags, mild lags so YAY I can walk... Too bad those caves are infested with enemies and as soon as I encounter one it's idiotic lags.
Also, I've experienced problems with quest npc's falling through the floor meaning I can't get a quest item off of them ruining the quest line.
My horse engages in battles for no apparent reason,
that black horse from the Brotherhood quest actually managed to commit suicide jumping off of a cliff. In one extremely lagged frame I saw it in the air, and in the next its neck made a pretty impossible move leading me to not be too surprised it died. (other than it being a horse from hell born from blubber of course......)
I still have that chick's flute after ending the quest (think it's in Solitude), aswell as a bunch of other glitches/bugs which can be found in other threads.
I'm really starting to wonder if we can't all assemble together as PS3 gamers and unitedly sue Bethesda for a game that should've still been on the drawing board instead of in our consoles.
