Ok, now I finally had the chance to listen to Ulfric a little more, and I have to agree with many of you. Lovely voice. That voice alone almost made my otherwise completely neutral character join the Stormcloaks.

So far, General Tullius. I won't pretend it's not because he's Saul IT'S IN THE FRAKKIN' SHIP Tigh, and because I'm an Imperial supporter, but he still does a great job. A very good actor for a military character.

Any character that Claudia Christian voices. Love her since B5.

Cicero sounds like an idiot, it's like they tried to take the Joker voice and make it as terrible as they possibly could.

Really? I hate that guy & the voice actor just for doing It.
But for me it's still the good 'ol sheogorath. Glad the kept the voice actor.

Cicero (another creepy voice, but to me not as bad a Belethor).

I do hope you're talking about the actress's voice, and not the character's face.

Also, how come only me and another guy mentioned Sylgja? REALLY? Nobody finds her voice great?

Maybe a cross between ol' Sean and Elmer Fudd. Sounds like a character from a bad children's movie: "Mah tongue ish shtuck to da ROOOOF of ma moowwwth." Puts me to sleep.

You'll have to get dirty in Riften to find her (err, that's a hint).

Ulfric - talk about someone who puts me to sleep! Although, I suppose he's supposed to always sound like he's half-asleep - running a revolution is so tiring!

Tullius - I jumped when he first spoke! Really type-casting there, but it was funny for a while!

Belethor - must agree - makes my skin crawl just walking in his store.

Cicero - I love me some Cicero! Best follower ever!

Delvin - Dead-on perfect for the role. Even if I don't join the TG, I'll go down to the Ragged Flagon just to talk to him.

Fralia Gray-Mane (and just about every other older lady with the same voice) - some of the things she says literally bring tears to my eyes.

Barbas - I love to hate this voice! OMG, whose idea was this???? Vigilance never talks like that!

If you read the story behind him you will understand why he's totally out of his mind and that he only pretends to be a "jester" - the actors voice is voluntarily that way.
