Anyone else play with music off?

The music is great... for a while.
But it's too much like going out to the real wilderness with an ipod plugged in your ears.
The naturalness of NO music is a real treat if you want the game to be more realistic.

"The hills are alive with the sound of music
With songs they have sung for a thousand years
The hills fill my heart with the sound of music
My heart wants to sing every song it hears

i just wish they'd have some more detailed options in the video setting screen (and video/gameplay), since, there's no reason it all has to be tied together. if i don't want sound when enemies are around i should be able to make it so. as well, having sound that is connected to and masks dialogue sections is ridiculous. and, lastly, lol, having the sound attached to certain gameplay components like discovering a new location makes no sense.

I have always played without the music. To me it is way more immersive to play that way.

I played the first few hours with music on and then turned it off. I turn it on once in awhile especially if I am in Whiterun because i like that song but then I turn it off right away when i leave town.

I used to, but when I tried turning it back on, the immersive feel that I got from the music blew me away.

I really recommend turning it back on.
