Only a select few out of the thousands that are going to sign up will be selected. Beth isn't going to give thousands of copies of Dawnguard away for free.

I signed up but I have to be honest, I don't exactly know, and have never really known what Beta testing actually is.

its a test phase, using a cross section of your projected player base to test gameplay, graphics ect and to find any bugs or glitches that the alpha testers missed

but 1 could aruge that the 30 day launch was a beta...

another could also say that the 30 day pre-release is marked after the official realise and not a beta.

It's speculation until it's offically anncounced so there's no need to worry.. yet.

I'm curious to how this will work though, will we have access with our current characters, i know the whole character information thing was so that they got diversity for the beta... so im guessing we will. Lets hope loads of 11 year olds never signed up with a fake birth date and fill up most of the spaces..

Due to the success of the game, like GoW3 I'm sure there will be more than enough to go around. Even if I'm not selected someone make sure the Dragons behave right, I still have nightmares about my 5 weeks of Moonwalking reptiles.

I hope plenty of 11 year olds signed up. It gives me hope for the future of gaming, knowing that young people enjoy actual games, still.

i bet if you post a spoiler your gonna get banned from here and the pass that was used with email signed up with will be come non valid an they will probably boot you out of the beta as well

The character questions were hard seeing as i play as several characters on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3! Yeah, i love Skyrim and Oblivion that much.

Most 11 yr olds aren't on the forums. Atleast we still have one sacred place. :biggrin:
