Although no one travels to Molag Bal's Coldharbour voluntarily, I understand some brave souls have to map the region first to make the journey easier for the rest of Tamriel.

I have chosen to sacrifice myself and venture into the depths of Oblivion..

I don't think Dawnguard takes place in Coldharbour but rather the Soul Cairn. We didn't see any Charnel houses or Slave Pens in the trailer.
