Many of us are from consoles, we don't have mods.

Bethesda rules. I love them.

Now what I REAAALLLLY want is a huge new area to explore that looks entirely different than anything in Skyrim - or at least a new area that is huge and new even if it still looks like Skyrim. Hell, give us Solstheim again, I don't care.

Well true, I just meant on the things they added believe me I've been here for a little while and some of these people have no idea what they are talking about.

It feels like Dawnguard is a DLC where Bethesda put a bunch of things the fans wants and then made their own awesome twist on it.

I'm really, really pleased with what Bethesda is doing, thanks Bethesda : D

I am glad at Bethesda making it a proper expansion pack. Pint sized DLC is a joke developers just put a few things in a game over charge you for it and try to bleed you dry lol at that.

Expansions are worth it DLCs usually are not and I am glad Bethesda is going the expansion route.

No kidding-For once, I'm looking forward to a DLC because it actually changes how my game works. There aren't a whole lot like that that I've encountered.

That's because Obsidian made it for New Vegas. Not Bethesda.

So what? Bethesda is going to get sued for using it? As long as Bethesda gets obsidians permission, which shouldn't be hard.
let's not get negative now.

Kaizen, continuous improvement. It's not negativity, it's called making something that's already good, better. Never maintain the status quo, always improve on what you have already. Without motivation from us, Bethesda will never become better.

Yes I am looking forward to it there is content that's been wanted for a long time. Also its seeming like these quest might be worthwhile and that is a plus considering the lacking base quest of Skyrim.

It's not just a barber and I am glad you change your appearance in game without console commands. Also its a small part if an expansion, it would be stupid if it was just a barber DLC.
It's also great for roleplaying value for characters that one will play for hundreds to thousands of hours.

They give us stuff that they told us months ago they started working on before the game was released, yet for some reason we act as though they've deved it yesterday in response to fan feedback? Help me understand how this works.

I don't think we should work to hard to pat them on the back for this, not when there are still great big bugs that need to be patched. I'd gladly pay a few bucks for some of these new features as DLC if I could trade in the time they're spending on these gimmicks to give us a working game after 7 months.

If they want to wow me, release additional content that adds choice, consequences, or even some continuity. Better yet, ship that stuff as part of the finished product on day one.

I agree with the "thank you" too, of course, even if my recent messages convey my bad mood about a tiny insignificant feature. :)

Didn't Todd say during the E3 that we would get "about 20 more dungeons" in Dawnguard?
