1. 10 characters for singleplayers
2. The same 10 characters used in singleplayer are also used in multiplayer
3. No demo will be released until POSSIBLY after the release of the game, but the chance of that if very unlikely.
4. ???

Your english is very good and had no flaws ^_^

hey :D

just a few quick questions

Q1: How high does the sensitivity go? Because I'm used to playing on Insane on COD where I can rotate 360 degrees in just 2 seconds & struggle to play other games because i feel constrained to lower sensitivities.

Q2: Are the larger body types fully restricted to any kind of skillful SMART maneuvering?

Q3: Would you consider making the cinematic into a full movie?

Q4: When are the other maps going to be coming out and will we have to play Microsoft points to download them?? (obviously on x-box)

Q5: Will you be making Avatar costumes available on x-box before the release date? or even afterwards?

Q6: Is the Light body type restricted to holding a sniper rifle?

For PC, built on the great support we saw back in the golden era of PC FPS gaming (UT/Wolf/ET/early COD/CS etc)

1) Public dedicated server binaries both windows and Linux?

2) Map/Mod tools?

3) What kind of AC?

4) Possibility tweak server configuration?

1. Will Brink support user-created mods?
2. Can you guys *please* add a character creator to the site where we can save them as snapshots and build our own character? Much like the Spore creature creator!

3. Is the release date same for Asia?

Thank you. :icecream:

As its been stated earlier, there is no splitscreen whatsoever. As for campaign length, from whats been stated earlier as well, if your playing online it depends on the team you have, as for single player i'd have to guess about 15-25 minutes per mission first play thru.

The Zero posted the online method as to which the game will be dealt with as follows.

Team A vs Team B: Team A wins
Team X vs Team Y: Team Y wins
Team A vs Team Y on next mission
Team X vs Team B repeat lost mission

2 Do I need to connected to the internet every time I want to play the game even if it's just singleplayer?
3 Is there any DRM?

3) What kind of AC?

VAC is confirmed in multiple places.

I'm still wondering when official answers will be coming as well (aren't we all?)

While we're here though, at least those of us who have been watching the right places are able to answer the questions we already know the answers to (like this one).

Why is it in some gameplay vids you see the character creater/customizer is just a great looking white background and then in others you see the other one with the green thing with the level background?

1 question for you.
If I pre-order the game from Best Buy, can I put the Fallout character pack on 2 accounts? Because I have 1 account that has Live, and another that ran out but I plan on re-activating.

Yuk, this is not good news for communities running servers and for the different leagues/ladders.

One can have whatever opinion one wants about the alternative: PB. But for managing community level master banlist, restricting client settings and so on - PB beats everything else. Sorry this is a major let down for us.

I just want know if medium characters will have good parkour abilitys.

The majority of gameplay videos used to show off SMART have been done with a Medium body.
They seem pretty agile to me.
And your grammar was perfect, only thing you didn't get 100% right in English is that words ending in "y" change to "ies" - it's "abilities" not "abilitys" (I know native English speakers who aren't as good with the language as you)

Medium characters can vault over things, mantle (i.e. jump up and climb onto something), and presumably slide too.
Oh, and obliviondoll he also should have said "I just want to know..."

What are your plans on balancing the ''noobtube'', since it looked quite powerful in one of the gameplay videos.

As well as not being OHK, there is a time-delay: as far as I can tell from all the videos it does not detonate on impact.

Will there be a spotting mechanism in place so I can point out enemy locations to my teammates?

It's not necessary due to the shorter distances and smaller confines to a Battlefield map, not to mention smaller teams.

I think a couple of people asked, so: There will be customisable dedicated servers with plenty of admin options.

I would answer more questions but I can't pluck up the effort. I think one of the reasons there's been no official reply to the above [yet] is that at least the vast majority of them have already been answered in various, sometimes numerous, places.

Thanks for the correction - I missed that one. Oops.

And for the "noobtube question, you missed another point - only available to Heavies - weapons are restricted by body type, so the people using the big guns will be slow and easy to outrun.

What's the advantage of using a dedicated server vs using brink's matchmaking system?

The screen with the level background and sidebar is from early in development. The screen that will be in the game is the grayish white one you called "great looking". Also, the sidebar is gone, and has been replaced by little spots that correspond to the characters body part as seen in a couple of the newer trailers.

That's absolutely unrelated to Brink, just online gaming in general.

What it means is that a clan/community can have their own server 24/7, and can give out/publicise the IP so people can always join that specific server, no matter who is playing on it. This comes in handy both for clans/communities, but also because you can have specific mods, custom maps, etc. on a dedicated server. Everything from stats mods to bigger/smaller teams to entirely new game modes.

It's also necessary for competitive matches.

Are the Hockler and the Caesar seperate weapons with seperate stats, or are they just re-skins of the existing machine pistol / revolver?
