I think, just my pure assumption, that Dawnguard, the faction that uses a "rising sun" emblem and who are obviously vampire killers for sure, aren't concentrating on other undead, werewolves and daedroth, like Vigilants.

I've always thought of them(DG) that they're a specialised vampire-hunting-oriented former VoS.
It's also based on 2 things(characters/bodies to be precise) I've spotted:

1.DLC Trailer : We see a dead shirtless body of the Vigilant of Stendarr(boots/ amulet of Stendarr)
2.e3 Gameplay: We see a Vigilant of Stendarr(higher ranking one) wearing an Vigilant Tyrrus robe(Adept Restoration Robe?) who's talking with "DG leader"...And you can barely hear that they're speaking of "vampire attacks increased" etc.

So they either have close relations with VoS in business way, sort of specialised work(vamp-hunt-exlusive elite warriors)
OR
They're "child-organisation" with VoS being it's "parent-organisation", that parted ways with VoS due to their will to specialise[vampire-hunting] rather than fight with "the whole myriad of evil blaphsemous creatures of Hell, that Our Lord Stendarr hates".

Also: I don't think they are followers of any daedric deity or Werebears(too-Companions-like). They're just Vamp-hunters. I could be wrong of course:D

I would say my brothers and sisters, but I see no brothers/sisters if there is such a thing as a truce with these vampires. I see no pride nor do I see no wolves. If this dawnguard is my enemy i will tear them apart from the inside out no matter how many worthless meat bags, no matter how many dust bunnies are thrown in front of front of my fangs and claws!
I will take my pride as a wolf over any pack brothers/sisters who gives into fears or allows the pack to fall so low.
When we meet in the hunting grounds I will see only prey.
So I ask you my brothers/sisters will you sullenly stay in a truce and let these vampires gain strength as we grow weaker or take your pride, believe in your fellow pack brothers/sisters and fight all that comes our way!

That is a good question but who is more nobler the bat or the wolf? And does it really matter when all that's left is the victor?

I think I'll start a new char, get my beast blood then flag the Hircine quest so I'm stuck with the ring and can change randomly, so I'll never know when my hunt will begin

Werewolves should have more stamina
WereB should have greater strength
Werecat should have higher speed on land and attack speed
Werecroc should have water breathing and attacking under water also higher water speed

All should have an alpha form
All should have usable racial abilities
Race should effect the fist form of were beast you get
Human form should get some unique beast abilities
And sneak should be added to its abilities

A howl that's piercing sound blast can bring down flying enemies or stun land enemies should be added too

The truce is off. The cadavers are openly waging war against us.

I ask those neutral to stand aside when the time comes and I'll to try to spare you, though I can not speak for the rest of the pack.
