Is Cicero the best TES character ever? : V

Whether you like him or not he certainly does stand out. I happen to think he's the best character in the whole series ever created.

His story, voice acting, animations and everything else just add up perfectly for me.

Anyone else agree?

He was a very intefesting character but my favourite in the game was Astrid. How she recruits you was a great intro into the DB. By the end I was ready to die for her, especially after Shadowmere. Cicero just creeped me out the entire tine.

I think Cicero is a gret character, but I must say I think Ulfric Stormcloak is the best character that have appeared in a TES game. The amount of discussion around his traits alone is a testament to the complexity around him(people can't even agree on wheter he is a racist or not).

I find Cicero terrifying. I blame Chuckles from Ultima. Jesters now are all evil to me, and one that also lives to kill people... That was freaking scary when I first encountered him.

I don't think any TES characters are really that great (not that they need to be in a series with such emphasis on dungeon crawling and open world exploration rather than storyline and dialogue). Though I guess characters like Cicero do have a tendency to stand out among all the other generic NPCs.

I find him rather annoying, and cannot wait to see the light leave his eyes..everytime I replay dark brotherhood. Last time I killed him was the best, I turned into a werewolf, and mutilated his corpse. It was the least I could do

no, Cicero doesn't have much personality. I was hoping he would be the Joker of skyrim but instead he's quite boring. Sheogorath is by far the best character in TES.

Edit: Actually I think its a tie between Sheogorath and Lucien Lachance.

The best part of Cicero is the hole in his chest from my arrow.

Haskill is one of the best, along with Sheogorath.

Best? Nah, we got guys like Vehk the Spear-Biter, or Hjalti Early-Beard.

Most likable? He's up there, along with Lucien and Sheogorath in ALL his madness. Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim.

One of the funniest I've seen? Along with Sheogorath.

Cutest? In a creepy sort of way.
