The Imperials were actually smart for once. Forsworn normally slaughters the Imperials.

I found it's not worth buying a horse.
Spoiler
You can get a free one through a miscellaneous quest in Riften. Also there's a guy you help who works at the stable and the stolen tag gets removed from the stable horses there. You can borrow them but they tend to return to their home because you don't own them.

lmao i am glad to see i am nut case lol

I get all emotional and upset over stupid game things 2. I remember this one bastard Drugar(sp?) used the disarm shout on my favorite sword, that I just forged…AND enchanted. I started looking for her right away almost teary eyed :( but couldn’t find her. The bastard was still running around smacking me around while I was looking for my dear Isabel but I couldn’t find her :( I ended up emptying my Azura Star so that I could trap him and enchant him into a pair of worthless shoes. How you like them apples you stupid disarming bastard huh your gona have stinky Nord feet inside you for all eternity.

Shadowmere is the only horse worth putting up with and dam handy in a scrap too. Those who complain about Dragons popping up at the worst of times... That is kinda their point, to attack at anytime... A true great foe.

Their is a dragon cheat... Just complete the main quest upto finding the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller and no dragons will appear. Then you can roam Skyrim without looking over your shoulder for dragon attacks.

Horses would be much more useful if you could opt to leave them behind at the stables, or wherever you want to leave them at. A simple "stay here" command, and no worries. And no teleporting in with you if you fast travel, either. Unless you choose for them to follow you again. Sometimes I want my horse along, and sometimes I don't. But once you've bought one, yer stuck with the dumb thing constantly, unless it dies. That one simple ability, a "STAY!" command, would allow me to like horses much more. That, and the ability to set them to be always passive, and stay right where you dismount UNLESS they are actually struck by an attack (not just aggroed, but actually injured), and if struck, run away, don't jump into the fight. Horses dont' do that. They run from trouble, they don't jump in headfirst. Stupid.
