The eyes are Vamp.
The claw marks are Lycs.
The arrows are silver bolts.
The title is a spin from Underworld.

The Dova becomes Vamp and enslaves the Lycs to protect them at dawn. (he he he)

I have come to the conclusion that the reason Dovahkiin's eyes are glowing is that they are taking a picture. Simply a red-eye effect. The DLC will center around the manufacturing and the creation of cameras on Nirn. We can all obviously predict that the next DLC will be about people fixing this problem with the creation of an amazing tool that is better than even Kagrenac's, Photoshop! Thus, Dovahkiin and others will no longer have red eyes in their pictures.

I don't believe and hope this to happen. There are too many fans who would be angry if expansions is all about Lycs and Vamps. They are marginal stuff and should never be included in major quests. They already spoiled the whole Companions quest line with those Lycs.

i didn't think that crossbow bolts had feathers.

What I think it is is a new region. One of the things that came out when Skyrim was first out was that there was a lot of N Tamriel in the actual game, you can't get there w/o cheating, but it seems rather odd to put all that in if no one is supposed to see it.

So I was listening to side 2 of Popol Vuh's In Den Garten Pharaos and snackin' on some spiced pecans when it hit me... they hid the message for us in the image... haha... they wouldn't leave us with nothing!

The arrows over the shoulder were a CLUE, man.
The Dov hasn't been pictured with arrows. So you have to remove them.
The center line of the helmet shows you where to flip the image.

Vampires I despise in any form. Werewolves are far more fun to hunt than be a one of them. I can't understand why they added them in game without a joinable faction for hunting them.

I was joking more so in that last post. The eyes are Vamp like. But just glow too much. The Skyrim Vamp eyes are a yellow hue, but not light bulbs.

The claws could be Lyc. They are too close to be Dragon. Then again they could be bear or cat...Hell, who knows. That damn snapshot of the Dishonored preview. Sparked all kinds of wild tangent guessing from Skyrim to Mass Effect to Sesame Street.
