There was a mobile TES game where Dawnstar was sieged by Ice Tribes. Maybe Dawnguard is connected to that area and those Ice Tribes are the snow elves we have talked about. Maybe they are building something with those things?

It better not have anything to do with vamps or werewolves.....its cool that you can be them if you want, and its cool that you run into them in the world and kill them.....but I don't want to do a major questline revolving around either....much more interesting lore in the elder scrolls to explore than some played out vampire crap........hopefully dawnguard has something to do with the east......sun rises, dawn,........Hammerfell???, High Rock??? anything but vamps and lycs

I just hope that whatever the DLC is that it add to the current guilds personally I would love to see a DLC that lets you go to the other provices and revive the Dark Brotherhood in the other areas...but more quest in general would be nice too

We'll most likely get a questline, but probably not a lot of new side-quests. Maybe a few additional ones if previous games are any indication.

They claimed they want to make their DLC more substantial... But that may not necessarily what we get.

Actually, given that the player character can become a vampire and then get cured. Vampirism is more of a "condition" than an entire new race of sub-humans/beast.

In fact, vampires are rather harmless, given that they can only feed from sleeping people. Bare with me here; What if there was a possibly for Alduin (Or another dragon) to be born in to the body of a human?

It wouldn't exactly explain the title "Dawnguard" but it would explain the glowing dragon eyes and the menacing look.

What if it involves a "counter-Dovahkiin" from a different dimension? What if Akatosh decided to create an epic foil of our Dovahkiin in order to punish us for vanquishing his first-born son?
