Well, just based off of the trailer (If there is more information available now, I wouldn't know, I like to be as surprised as possible), it would seem that the vampires quest starts by saving the daughter of the vampire king/lord. So, I imagine you are confronted by the daughter somewhere, and you have to save her from the Dawnguard. I imagine, they will try to play that part off as her being an innocent girl, because that sounds more like TES style (I've seen it as being less about being predictable as much as an ode to old drama).

And the cake thing is a reference to another game, where one of the lines is "the cake is a lie",... since you said "LIES,LIES,LIES".... No one is calling you fat.

Or you meet a 'girl' at a tavern and spend the night drinking (Like the quest A Night To Remember). Then you wake up surrounded by people who you dont know (Dawnguard) and they want to kill the 'girl' you are with. If you side with the Dawnguard you kill the girl and are taken back to their HQ and told what they are about, what they are doing, ect. On the other hand, if you side with the girl than it turns out she is a vampire and takes you back to her father. ( Like in the trailer where it says that you have returned my daughter to me) and you begin as the vampires
