Well, I think everyone is really jumping the gun with this. While we're here sweating, Bethesda is probably prancing and taking light sips of coffee. They know that we will respond in the manner that they want, whenever they want, so I'm sure they take their time whenever possible.

Hmmm, Werewolf for me. Though the new Vampire Lord looks amazing, I'm still going to go with hunting them as a Dawnguard. There may be benefits for becoming a Vampire Lord, but to me there is a benefit for being a Dawnguard; Hunting things that look that cool.

Joining the Vampires will probably enable you to kill the Dawnguards. As joining the Dawnguards will enable you to kill the Vampires.

I for one have made 2 characters, 1 vampire and 1 werewolf, and I have 1 other in case I can kill both.

I'm not sure, to be clear, I'm not even sure if the Dawnguards are werewolves. But, if you're already a werewolf and join the Dawnguard, then you're a werewolf Dawnguard that tracks down the Vampires.
