I'm not sure, to be clear, I'm not even sure if the Dawnguards are werewolves. But, if you're already a werewolf and join the Dawnguard, then you're a werewolf Dawnguard that tracks down the Vampires.

On the anolysis video, it mentioned something about werewolves being a third tier, has that been confirmed?

I for one have made 2 characters, 1 vampire and 1 werewolf, and I have 1 other in case I can kill both.

yeah i have one vamp lvl 81 and one wolf lvl 67...takes forever to level all the way up and finish all the skills off lol. luckily i let some friends stay the night at my house every now and then and they play for me some lol
