vampirism is only spread with the drain health spell. and only when it first hits you so a long drain won't do anything.

best thing is to keep your distance so they cast the spell. then move out the way every time you don't get it so they re-cast

I guess I was just getting the 50% resist disease perk from being Bosmer every second or something..

Actually if you pay attention in shimmering isles jyggalag says that now that you(the player) has ended the greymarch he and sheogorath have split and are now to sepereate entity's thas why this sheogorath is hinted to be you character from oblivion. and jyggalag said it will take a while for people to worship him again I figured two hundred years was enough
