Ive been reading some articles on the internet and have heard things such as... 0.05% of the Dawnguard beta codes have been released. And other things such as... only 25% of the total people who applied will recieve a code. Myself and 7 of my friends applied for this Beta and not one of us has recieved an email, have all of the codes been released yet? And yes... We all applied for the forum before doing the application.
Almost, apparently its .05% that actually got in and 25% have not yet been sent out

THE BETA WAS US ONLY SO INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE YOU HAD NO HOPE ANYWAY. That should clear things up. I hope the release date stays 26th and all goes well.

I'm not too bad but knowing that they tricked us and gave us false hope pissed me off a lot. If they had been honest upfront it would have been fine.

O.K, I've just gotten back from Rockness, so I haven't read anything since Thursday. It seems as though only people in North America will have access to the beta if what I'm reading here is to be believed, does anyone have a source for this or is it just a rumour?

I think Xbox updates differently in Europe and US. Maybe this could be the reason

I think its just a rumour I haven't seen it confirmed. They'd have no reason to hide it

Sorry I meant regional content not the patch. I'm guessing code would differ from region to region

It would be due to the non disclosure agreement. Im not annoyed about not being picked/ not being eligible as im in Australia but I do wish they said from the start US only... :/

All the beta testers appear to be American and when Gstaff was questioned multiple times he ran off. Basically they are scared to tell us the truth because of our reaction.

Well, if it were only a US beta, their PR was smart.
The money they'd spend on giving out the beta for free, could be filled up by the site revenue created by the sudden lurch of ten thousand odd folk.
Not bad thinking, if that is the case.

I distinctly remember reading that the beta would start with US players... the implication being that International players would get codes later.

However I suspect that they decided to scrap this because the actual release is so soon.

I don't mind if it isn't available to people outside the U.S.A. but it would have made sense to mention it in the application. I doubt people would rage about it too much considering the public release is out in a few weeks.
