Got to you? I don't know how snow elves will play in this even though it was highly speculated before they would play a role in this DLC.

Making a thread on the lore forums could probably help you out and would probably be a more fitting place to ask, however the Snow Prince is mentioned in Dawnguard and if I remember correctly he is a falmer. There isn't much to tell about the falmer, they lived in Skyrim until the Nords drove them out, they sought refuge with the dwemer who put stuff in their food that made them blind, and that's pretty much it.

I hope they have some dark aspects, it makes them more believeable than mary-sue factions, I hope this applies for the vampires as well, having a black and white thing going on would be boring and bad for gray characters.

@ kevir (sorry no letter after y on keyboard too lay to use on screen keyboard) I agree with u I sided with the stormcloaks and after the fact I gotta sneaky suspicion that maybe they were more friendly to the aldmeri dominion but I could be getting noid. on another note anyonr think dawnguard will have a continuation of the civil war or possibly something leadin up to attacking aldmeri

@ emberoth I never thought about it that way but I have to agree with u. generally I try to be good but I have stole and robbed a plenty, be hard to become wealthy in skyrim without it do u think that werewolves will play a role in the dawnguard faction

I hope they won't, I don't mind there being werewolves in the faction, but the faction shouldn't be based on them like the companions. The companions were cool and all, but forcing something like Lycanthropy on the player is not something I support, besides the Vampire vs. Werewolf thing is getting a little cliché. I don't mind faction members being werewolves, but I don't want it to be a major aspect of the faction.

Maybe a little, I don't want them to be as Zealous as the vigilants, but I'm hoping for something in that direction at least. I have a hard time seeing them being connected to the snow elves, well there is the snow prince, but he's been dead for ages, if anyone are connected to the snow elves it is probably the vampires.

I never thought about the possibility of vampire snow elfs, good idea and a dwemer vamp would be nice. Using the vampirism to show a snow elf would be similar to Yagrum and the corpus.

i second that notion if that thing isn't ready by the 26th i think i might loose it. excellent PR by Bethesda with this release i say they will sell plenty of downloads of dawnguard any other dlcs in the future

If there are Dwemer vampires then that would lead credence to the theory they survived deep underground in other cities throughout Tamrael after the mass disappearance as mentioned in that book in game.
