For me the Dark Brotherhood quest line had a couple of disturbing moments.
Definite spoilers if you haven't completely finished the quest.
Spoiler

One would be seeing Astrid after the Legion raid on the sanctuary.

The other would be returning to the Dawnstar sanctuary after buying all the upgrades from Delvin, and finding a bunch of half-naked torture victims. Kind of thought the "torture room" upgrade would just be a few creepy implements, not a fully stocked dungeon.

By the by, if you talk to the victims a few times...
Spoiler
... all four of them will point you in the direction of their secret treasure stash.
I've had one or two creepy moments as well. Like when I killed an Imperial soldier and he remained upright, eyes wide open and staring. He was blocking the doorway I needed to get through like he was still honour-bound to guard the place in death. *shudders*

DOZE....There is a perk in the two handed weapons category that you can learn that gives you a chance of decapitating enemies. I get a head to come off every 6-10 kills on average (Man that sounds disturbing :sadvaultboy:

I have an npc now unresponsive in the yield position. Going about her daily business holding her side crawling along the floor strangely with a distressed look wanting somebody to help her. I tried to cast heal, talk to her, whatever I could, then I thought sod her I didn't do it. I'm at the point of looking the other way like she's a homeless person.

I believe it's possible because I saw a UTube Skyrim video and the PC's companion had his head lopped off. The headless follower still followed the PC - and it's head was like 12 feet in front of them.

I don't think it's your imagination. Rather just BS you came up with to make a thread. Not sure though, can you provide a screenshot?
A screenshot wouldn't prove anything. I don't see why you're so skeptical, considering this isn't even that strange. I remember beheading a bandit at one of those watchtower places, and about 5 minutes later I saw the bandits head wash up on the shore near a giant camp.

Me too. In its DLC, Bethesda should add a rabbit in a cave that we need to kill. If I saw that, I would be laughing too hard to actually complete the quest.

This is strange. But I'm sorry, I call BS on this. Cool though.

It can happen. Many times while playing Oblivion or Fallout 3, I would find inanimate objects or body parts rolling around on their own, especially in Fallout after an enemy has been exploded in VATS. I think the engine glitches every now and then, leading to enemies twitching after death or apples constantly rolling around in circles.
