DISTURBING MOMENT

He has been on these forums much longer then you

Aw darn I'm not in the e-club :sadvaultboy:

P.S. Time spent on a forum isn't relative to capability of trolling. That's about as many neurons as I'm willing to waste on this.

I have an npc now unresponsive in the yield position. Going about her daily business holding her side crawling along the floor strangely with a distressed look wanting somebody to help her. I tried to cast heal, talk to her, whatever I could, then I thought sod her I didn't do it. I'm at the point of looking the other way like she's a homeless person.
that made me lol i do the same thing to homeless people.... and babies

That would technically be called a Ballista; it uses the same principles as a crossbow but on a much larger scale. It's considered a Medieval siege weapon.

I'm still confused as to how the ballista is a weird thing? I've ran into plenty of them in dwemer ruins, or falmor caves.

Maybe that's the thumping upstairs I hear sometimes when I enter Birna's Oddments.

How, might one inquire, do you get INTO Birna's in the first place? She and whatshisface are always standing outside arguing (even after I "fix" his problem with the innkeeper).... with the door locked - and waiting through a 24 hour cycle never shows them elsewhere or the store "open for business".

[And yes, I did buy the claw from Birna and go do that stuff as well....]

The one thing that actually startled me on this game also had to do with a decapitation. I was getting the witches' heads for the companion quest, and after taking one, I went on my way. When I turned back around, the headless hagraven was standing immediately behind me. It was enough to make me jump.

Dunno. She's been inside as far back in the game as I can remember, usually complaining about her drunkard brother. What platform are you using?

Well, I can't top the OP's story but a few days ago I was killing skeletons in a large pile and they had so many bones they bounced against each other without losing momentum. The damned things kept hitting me to the extent I lost about half my life before I escaped the bouncing by getting two rooms away. Was mildly amusing, although when I reentered the room later it was annoying that just walking through them caused me damage.

Me too. In its DLC, Bethesda should add a rabbit in a cave that we need to kill. If I saw that, I would be laughing too hard to actually complete the quest.

I'm still really freaked out by the fact that the tails from Khajiit and Argonians keep moving when they're dead. They keep swaying like they're still alive.

Does sound a little far-fetched, but then again I did walk though a dungeon I cleared only to find the bodies of all those that I killed breathing and flinching, making very disturbing thumping sounds against the walls and floors. I got the hell out of there.

Yer....

I had a similar one, where in a cage, in one of the creepier dungeons. This mage was dead, but flopping arouns the floor and making horrible noises. Reminded me of the exorcist film.... was very creepy. :jammasterjay:

Seeing NPCs either chase you or run away while sliding across the ground can be a bit disturbing... and funny.

I don't think it's your imagination. Rather just BS you came up with to make a thread. Not sure though, can you provide a screenshot?

Yes. Take a screenshot of a rolling head. Males perfect sense.
