Coudn't you just go on the xbox website and buy and download it there?
How would i get it on my Xbox that isn't connected to the internet?

Can you give us a reason as to why it's impossible to connect your Xbox to the internet? Considering you can use your smartphone as a hotspot with a 40 dollar device, unless you are not in this century, it IS possible to connect an Xbox to the internet.

Not for me. I live in the woods and i can't get signal unless i buy/build a 150 foot radio tower next to my house. And i don't have a smartphone. I have a cheap piece of crap pre-paid phone. It's all i can afford.

Doesn't 800 MS points equate to $5? If that is so it could very well be more...maybe as much as 3200.

Bethesda said it was 1,600. Course I'm on the PC so I'll just be buying it off STEAM later ... for dollars.

Yes, you can purchase them through your XBL account with a Credit Card. Or you can go to a retailer, like Gamestop, Target or Wal Mart and purchase pre-paid cards of points.

Knowing Microsoft, they probably kicked a bit of extra to Bethesda to have it as a download only so xbox users have to subscribe to xbox live. Luckily I already do.
