Some Brahmin sitting around a table gambling. As you walk up to them, they run away screaming, "Ah! It's the Feds!" and "Not again! I thought we travelled away from Chicago to get rid of them!"

A British ghoul following you around saying

"Nudge, Nudge, Wink, Wink, Know what mean"
" A nod's as good as a wink to a blind bat"

I want there to be a place were there are 2 rainbows in the sky side by side. And some npc whos been taking way too many chems sees it and just starts freaking out.

And the NPC freaks when they see a little rainbows in puddles...

Anywho, a crazy ghoul hiding under a bridge 'to the other side' the yells "Who dares cross thine bridge?"

You walk along, if you are playing on hardcoe the then your thirst meter must be running low, you find a young man named James who claims that he is too nervous to ask a woman on a date, you give him some advice and he tells you the woman's name is Catherine, you snap out of what you thought must have been a mirage, the sky is never that colour here in the Mojave. You have a sip out of your canteen and continue on your way.

The ALIENS FROM FALLOUT 2! They seriously creeped me out!

That would be an awesome random encounter.

-I am walking through wastes on a really black night, you know, like the sky is so dark, you can barely see-

-Aliens appear while a large spaceship that is partially invisible appears too-

-Eerie alien music plays, you know the "Woo... EEE ooooh!"-

"HOLY SH*T! F*CKING ALIENS!"

-I start running, and hopefully, unlike on my Fo2 account, I don't get owned and die-

you know those things werent actually aliens.

they were wanamingos. but no one in the wastes (excluding redding) knew what they were.

so the people of the waste called them aliens.

oh and since wanamingos are extinct. that isnt happening

If you ask the right people you find out that they are biological weapons is the same sense that the Xenomorphs from the Alien quadrillogy where.

This is an idea I had awhile back. I don't know if it can even work. It seems kind of complicated.

My idea was that maybe you could have a random encounter with the character you played in Fallout 3.

I thought that, somehow, if you were playing New Vegas on a hard drive that still has your profile from F3 saved on it, the game could just transfer your character data from that game to NV, or you could do it yourself if you have multiple profiles. Kind of like how you can transfer your character profile from mass Effect 1 to Mass Effect 2.

The random encounter would be extremely rare and would be different depending on how good or evil your character was in F3. If he was evil he'd attack you on site like a raider, but if you were good he'd offer to trade or repair your gear on the cheap. If you were neutral he wouldn't attack you and would only repair or trade with you if you passed a speech check or something, and even then his prices would be high. Or something like that.

He'd also have a lot of loot on him, maybe even a special, named weapon and a note about how he came to be in New Vegas with a couple of references to past characters and events in the Capital Wasteland. Killing him would be extremely hard since he'd always be a couple of levels above you and have a ton of HP and could heal himself.

Okay, that's all I got.

Finding a piece of the other Mothership lodged in the ground would be a nice easter egg.
But for it to fly out of the sky would be weird since it happened 3 years ago.
