I saw an NPC uhh... doing something very strange in a river. He was kind of bobbing up and down in it... looked really suspicious.

The very first dragon you fight, Mirmulnir I think, his skeleton followed me around everywhere I fast traveled for 2 months...

This is why I'll never touch that Frost quest again.

Hadvar following me in Whiterun when I wasn't in a building. I would leave a building and he would be gone. So I would go to talk to some one and, sure enough, I see that idiot running towards me.

The daftest thing is when skjor is walking around alive after you have finished the companions questline ... really now.
Its also annoying when you talk to an npc and then enter your home they are teleported into your home with you.

I've seen four whiterun guards standing out near the stables woth the same weapons speaking at the exact same time.

Saw a bunch of companions out in the middle of nowhere fighting 2 bears once...

Also found a bear in a house in solitude before

I have 3 clones of our friend Mr. Letrush outside of the Whiterun stables at the moment. Pretty annoying, to say the least.

I lost Stenvar. I had to tell him to leave becaue the compainion questline follower replaced him. But, I knew he would come back to Candleharth, the internets said so. I would just get him later. After the quest I went to Candleharth, no Stenvar. I waited. Re-entered. Did everything. No Stenvar. A LONG time later, I am on a bridge fighting bandits, and see the option "Talk to Stenvar" but there is no one there. I try it and he "unclokes". He had been running around, drinking the poisened-invisibility potions I was having him carry (to sell for big money) and killing bandits. He went rogue and became a free ranged bandit killer but took my expensive potions, dragonbone armour, and Deadra weapons with him..... So, out of anger, I used him in a certian Deadra quest.....

Having Arngeir the Creeper follow me out of High Hrothgar every time I leave...

Not really a weird location but more of a weird thing they did.

So I'm doing the imperial quest line on that quest when I free the prisoners and I free them and go outside to fight the storm cloak menace. I save before I engage in combat and guess what? Every imperial puts their weapon in their inv and fight the storm cloaks with their fists EVERY ONE BUT HADVAR!

Deep in a Dwemer ruin, I go through a loading door into the lower level.
I stand there for a bit, overviewing the situation, and hear the door behind me.

I turn round, weapon at the ready, and see a stormcloak courier.
He told me that Ulfric was in need of good men, turned around and left again.

I first read that as a "falmer" and was thinking "good job, found a falmer in Blackreach..." then I realised I misread it.

I seem to find things associated with Forsworn in odd places... first Kodlak's Wolf Spirit instead of the Forsworn assassin, and now a Forsworn in Ysgramor's Tomb, with Wuuthrad...?

I've had the exactly same bug. But for my experience had more to it, it seemed like replaced Euroland Greymane with Skjor, so I looked everywhere but the girl at the Warmaiden confirmed that Euroland was dead all the sudden. Then I was curious about the Skjor's body at one of the Silver hand's hideouts, so I went there and I found his body missing. That was interesting bug.

Stormcloak Courier ran past me in Blackreach
