I guess to make it sound more intelligent by using a big boys word. Either way I like the word "scumbag" more so I'm going to continue to use it.

REL_Dovahkin, But those geezers gives you free dragonborn lessons. I actually like the Unrelenting Force shout that they freely give you. It saved my ass so many times that I thought I should've done more to earn this shout. Yes they give you a task to take the horn but guess who stole it? Scumbag Delphine who think she now runs the show because she found out that you're the dragonborn.What makes worst is her scumbag friend Esbern whom both scumbag orders you to kill a peaceful dragon that has been there to help.

And here I thought I had been really overt showing I wasn't serious at all.

Your besmirching people's characters because you don't like the gifts they give you. It's like saying your grandmother is a scumbag because she gave you a sweater for Christmas.

I would only add Firebeard, and for this reason: He admits he wasn't going to investigate it to begin with until you offer, then that line about "Elisif would thank you herself but she wants to keep it quiet" really comes across as "I, Falk Firebeard, don't want to draw any more attention to the fact that I was going to ignore the situation, possibly resulting in horrifically devastating consequences. I also really don't want to hear you getting thanked for cleaning up my mistake, thereby making me look bad."

Elisif is just a more naive version of the other Jarls in terms of the effort-reward ratio and so on, but Firebeard I do not like.

True, but I was referring more to the fact that she either hasn't yet realized that her "advisors" are only humoring her, or she doesn't yet have the ability to do something about it. She has potential, but it's a role she has not yet quite grown into, but she will if she has the chance. She's actually one of the few Jarls I like, after playing a few times.

Elisif: We'll throw a parade and have the imperial legion march from the Blue Palace to Castle Dour.
Falk: What a... fine idea, my jarl. But perhaps it should wait until the war is over.
Falk: We need those soldier on the frontlines for now.
Housecarl: A parade would be a good place for a stormcloak assassin to strike.
Housecarl: We can't do this with the war still on.
Elisif: Fine. You two are so stubborn.
Elisif: But when this war is over, I will have my parade.

Then again, this might be an unused line. I haven't heard it yet, and I never checked into whether or not it was used when I came across it.

I never heard it either, but it sounds cut, So far Ulfric only personally kill Jarls and actually assassinating the widow of the High King isn't going to win him any friends or support. But mainly it sounds cut because the housecarl is named housecarl instead of Bolgeir Bearclaw. And given they have Legion troops stationed in Solitude and at no point are these soliders even leaving the city walls, I fail to see the threat to security.

It may have been part of the quest Boethiah's Bidding, which was cut from the game. Where you would at Boethiah's Bidding assassinate Elisif.

Puh-leez, Falk is far too corrupt to care for anyone but himself. Elisif atleast cares for the people of Solitude, she just needs to get used to the pressures of leadership.

Yeah, Elisif is a scu...er...contemptible! So is Falk Firebeard! So is Balgruuf! And don't even get me started on that Ulfric guy! After all the stuff I did for him, I got him his stupid crown, ran all over Skyrim fighting Imperials, and helped him win the Civil War and what do I get? Hjerim. A house that somebody was murdered in. Do I even get a discount? Noooo. Do they clean it up for me? Yeah, after paying a hefty price. Even after dumping 500 big ones for a cleaning service, they still didn't get that blood smell out of the floorboards. I mean, geez...cut a poor guy some slack. At least he didn't kick me out of the city and make me live outside with the Argonians.

Ulfric gave me 2 badass enchantment Daedric swords on my other character. 1 for siding with him at the meeting (As a member of the stormcloak) with the greybeards and the 2nd one to use the sword to execute General Tullius. I could careless about the home in Windhelm because I'm more of a traveler if anything else.

No other NPC has ever given me an enchantment Daedric weapon or armor so Ulfric did me pretty good

Welcome to Tamriel. My favorite combat taunt in the game is Jenassa telling Khajiit they'll make a nice rug. LOL Seriously though, this is what I keep telling people- those who claim the Stormcloaks are racist. That's like saying Stormcloaks like mead. Of course they do, because they're Nords. The imperial Nords aren't any different.
