Fallout New Vegas Achievements Revealed!

Post » Tue May 17, 2011 6:16 am

Now I'm more excited than ever. Whenever they release the achievements, the game is about to come out. Why can't October 19 just happen already!?!?!

Master of the Mojave is for finding 125 locations. Mod machine is in the achievement list too.

Oh dear. Only 125?
This svcks. Fallout 3 apparently had about 190.
Hopefully Master of the Mojave is just a reward for finding 125, not necessarily being all of them.

EDIT: Wait! 125 is probably about the same as FO3 had, if you take away all the locations that D.C. had in it. So maybe it isn't such a bad thing overall.

The elder scrolls iv had over 300 locations. I'm pretty sure fallout 3 had over 125. I'm now officially concerned.

I hope there is more than 125, but thats still a good amount. Plus dlc.

Very smart of them to hide the Vault Boy icons, those are achievements unto themselves.

I hope they're designed really well. They seem only slightly mediocre. though.

Well if you think about it it only said: "Discover 125 Locations" not "Discover All 125 Locations"

Edit: Bout the Achievements: Meh, seen better

I like the achievement called "Love the Bomb" as it seems to be a reference to Dr. Strangelove. Otherwise known as "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb".

Since i don't play on xbox i'm just curious do the achievments actualy serve any purpose or benefit, or are they just there to say congratulations for doing something you were probably gonna do anyway.

Mostly to show off, I know I give my buddies a hard time when I have a bunch of achievements they don't. :tops:

I wonder what they mean by "recruit all companions" in the "Whole Gang's Here" achievement. I hope it means you can have more than one at once.

More likely it means recruit all companions in one playthrough.

just becaus it says discover 125 locations doesnt mean thats all of them, hell fallout 3 had 225 locations marked and unmarked and the achievement is discover 100 locations, so dont worry so much guys

the quest Eureka soundslike it gonna be funny, i just have a feeling..... and that fully confirms that you can fight all the factions at once, by yourself...... wild card achievement

They look good, now the people who want to Platinum it will have to play the game in loads of diferent paths. And NO KARMA trophies/achievements? Excellent.

Lol at the "No Spoilers" Sub-title when clearly there are. So we now know of four different paths the player can take(how you take them is up to you.) We have House, Caesar's Legion, NCR and......you.....I assume that's the true neutral choice instead of House. Also, I hope that's not all the quests...

I like how they added these achievements for melee and unarmed and foodhealing this will encourage others to try different playthroughs and characters.

Also the Know when to Fold'Em for winning caravan 10 times means or confirms that it is some sort of poker variant.

If your head was buried in some sort of time capsule then I suppose you wouldn't be able to figure out that you could side with the NCR, CL, House, Or Your Lonesome.

I said NO SPOILERS because basically all the achievements on that list give no spoilers from the game away, Just because the names of quests are given doesn't matter because it gives details of the quests are anything of that sort. :tops:

>_>...Still Spoilers dude...Some people may not want to know the quest names, that spoils it for them....

Also, Yeah I know who you could side with, now we know how(somewhat) it's done. Assuming Ring-a-ding-ding is the quest that is the decider for you.
