No. Maybe a dead body or something IF you take Wild Wasteland perk.

We're not done being cliche yet?

I don't think aliens are necessary but I'm sure there are going to be references

I would only want aliens at Area 51 and if there are any then there should be some quest revolving around that area and possibly fighting or joining the Enclave/ Men in Black that guarded the base prior. Perhaps buying Alien weapons except the regular alien blaster is 1million caps or money and everything else costs more. Also having it so that if you kill anybody running the gun store then all the weapons fall down a shaft to a safe room.

I would like an Area 51 location where you find dead aliens in test tubes and some alien equipment, but thats about as far as I would like it to go. I wouldn't be mad if they added a MZ type thing, but I won't miss it if its not there either.

There's one issue complicating this matter: Area 51.

Area 51 will not be in Fallout: New Vegas at release, and no official information indicates whether or not it will be involved in a DLC. That said, in the retro-futuristic view of the Fallout universe, there were aliens, and an alien craft, at Area 51, which is close to Las Vegas. So I think it's at least probably that we'll see alien references and weapons in the game.

Kookie references and pulp easter eggs yes as it fits past games, inclusion of as a "race" / encounter not after some attempts to make them an active part of FO imo.

No more aliens, please. More mutated wildlife would be nice, but not aliens. The whole gaming market is teeming aliens this and aliens that, do we really need more of them? Especially in this series?

I gotta ask, you don't want aliens because Mothership Zeta was a run and gun dungeon crawler in space with little to almost no plot or because aliens don't fit fallout or something like that?

I want some aliens and a good story for them being there.
Just cause they're green space-men does not mean that their story will svck or that every encounter with them will be "kill they ass". :)

After Mothership Zeta I am sick of Aliens in Fallout even as behind the scenes easter eggs. I won't be upset if there are little easter eggs but I just hope there is none.

like i said, a Point Lookout style (a different part of Nevada to explore) DLC where Area 51 is just a location or mabey even have a mission/side mission go through it where you have to retrieve something (FBI/alien weapons or tech mabey) from the base and bring it back to someone or keep it for yourself. then move on to the next mission and/or side mission. im sure not too many people would hate that, other then the few obligatory "ZOMG aliens AGAIN???" comments here n' there

Fallout 2 and 1 were extremely light on the alien references, and the ones they did have were pretty funny. I thought the http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Federation_Crash_Site surrounded by dead redshirts in Fallout 2 was a nice touch, even if it didn't add anything of relevance to the canon of the game.

What Mothership Zeta did... well... just pushed the joke a little too far I think. I'm hoping that New Vegas limits it to the occasional crashed UFO event.

No aliens please I've had enough of them for a life time, If I never see another alien again in Fallout it would be far to soon.

I just think it's hilarious that both Worf, Odo and that guy from section 31 on Deep space 9 are all in this. We've got aliens, up the wazzooo.

Sounds like there might be a pattern here. How much do you want to bet the Fallout developers are serious Star Trek fans?

So other than the few obligatory "this is a horrible idea and waters down the franchise" people who hate it...not too many people would hate it.

IMO other than the few obligatory "OMG aliens!" people who like it not too many people would like it.
