I voted for a Mothership Zeta remake with Red Dot Sights and Heartbeat Sensors.

Why a remake? Why not just put it in as it is? Way too cool. :P

The frozen yellow super mutants would need to be replaced with green ones.

I don't mind little references as long as they don't do that....thing again. Seriously, MZ felt like a remake of PS2 FPS Area 51.

Could we roleplay they are just decomposing in ice, or having some sort of liverdisease?

I don't mind the weapons but no, I don't really want aliens in the game. No more super shields for the love of god because that just got to be annoying after a while of stimpack spamming to survive. Main reason though is that there will be enough of a variety of enemies throughout the wasteland, both human and non that I won't be bored with what I'm fighting against.

Aliens... Jeez...
Look, MZ was an okay dlc, nothing to hate on. But that was a one time deal. I just couldn't bare going through it again to be honest and I don't think many of you would want to. References? Sure why the heck not? That sounds great to me. Or better yet. What someone before me said. Area 51 in a future dlc could be a BoS base or the BoS are trying to capture it. There are limitations to things and the aliens in Fallout has reached it's limit in my opinion. Bring dead corpses and references, not aliens to fight against..

I'd like a brief encounter with aliens.. maybe finding a crash site where they're trying to repair their ship and they attack you once you stumble across them.. or randomly seeing them go through some broken down town or junkyard looking for supplies to repair a ship and they run off once you get close enough for them to notice you. You can then somehow follow them or search the surrounding area for their ship and maybe you find them as soon as they're about to fly off and they leave a gun, armor, etc. behind.

Basically, I'm not looking to have some full-on encounter fighting dozens of aliens ala Mothership Zeta.. just something brief.

with the wild wasteland trait - a special encounter where the cowboy from MZ drops from the sky - on his body you can find a holotape describing how this vault dweller saved him and next stop was a dropoff out west - oops - transporter error

in game dlc shoutout

Can't you guys just accept that aliens have some small role in Fallout lore? Crashed UFOs should be expected by now.

what did you have against the Pitt? I thought it had the best story going for it in the entire game.

1. It didn't offer the freedom I expected (large map but little freedom and few enemy). 2. For me the story wasn't all that great. 3. The quest were on the boring side, the pitt fights themselves were too easy. It may be because I played it at around 25 but still i had a lot of fun in BS, OA and LOP at that lvl and higher.

Yeah I kinda hated The Pitt when it came out but the more I played it the more it grew on me.

My magic 8 balls tell me cyborgs are coming.

Cyborgs are cannon.
Fallout 2 you can get cybernetic implants.
Fallout 3 you can get cybernetic reflex enhancement tech (Commonwealth technology)
Brainbots are by definition Cyborgs

Isn't there another thread for this? And IMO I don't want to fight an alien, if they were in they SHOULD be 100X better then any mortal.
