I like to weild Dawnbreaker in one hand and use a healing spell in the other. It is lots of fun in a crowd of the undead.

Daedric Claymore.

Imagine this, 2 Lizards in Daedric Armor + 3 Dremora Lords are running at you with big heavy swords that can deal a lot of damage.

It'll stay as Daedric Claymore until/if Bethesda makes Chrysamere

Viles, Daedric Prince of Deals, has it and he wont give it up now that he has it.

Aesthetically, it's gotta be the Forsworn Sword or maybe a scimitar. I like my curved swords. ;)

Dawnbreaker, but I think the Falmer sword looks kinda cool.

TBH, I'm not even impressed with Skyrim's weapon designs. I think 90% of them should have been done differently. The Daedric ones are a failure.

Akivari Battle Sabre. http://static.skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/images/1002-4-1323703916.jpg from JaySus Swords mod.

Pretty much just an Ebony Greatsword, which I like nearly as much. Both block a minimum of your FOV in first person, which means a lot to me. The Battle Sabre is maybe a bit broken because it can be made by any character (you may need steel smithing) and can be enhanced using steel ingots (though not at full effect without Ebony Smithing). But its a nice looking weapon and fits my character concept extremely well. I still use it, despite the fact that I can make Daedric weapons now.

+1 for the Ghostsword. Even though it just sits on my weaponrack...it is by far the coolest looking.

Right, yeah. I use the ghost bow just because it isn't the blatant "crooked stick with a shoestring."

the dwarven sword it looks sharp durable and easy to swing but has enough weight for some serious damage.

Chillrend, mainly cause it looks so amazing and Windshear, that is one mightily overpowered sword, every strike i introduce my target to the floor

Combine both of these beasts and your enemies rarely get a chance to stand up!

Just because I like the look, I usually go with either a simple, unenchanted Ebony Sword, or I'll go with the base (but Smithed up) Daedric Sword.

I find that they do plenty of damage by themselves without any enchantments, and because they aren't enchanted I'm not running all over Skyrim one-shotting everything unless I'm Sneaking. Gives more of a sense of immersion for me if I have to work for it just a bit.

Yeah but Vile isn't that smart. He'll lose it one way or another.

I'm with above posters...Darach swears by skyforge steel, at least until he can forge himself a Daedric Greatsword.
