Yeah but Vile isn't that smart. He'll lose it one way or another.

I reread the books lately because felt like it. I was incorrect. The Sword, Umbra, was destroyed when it was used to take down Umbriel and the destruction of the sword costed Sul's life.

I gave Chillrend to my follower and I have a Daedric Sword of the Inferno for myself. I don't use it very often, as I mostly am a stealth mage, but when I do use it, it looks pretty cool, and works wonders on enemies.

She is only a level 35 assassin/rogue and hasn't got any of those unique or levelled weapons yet — probably waiting to get them when she has levelled enough for maximum value in them. So her favourite is a Blades sword taken from

It's smithed to Legendary grade. This is a killer sword, a mostly 1-shot blade, esp. when 1H skill is near max. She loves steel, especially katanas. It's not enchanted yet because she doesn't know how.

Dragonbane - love the katana look. And it's one-handed.... Is there a two-handed katana? Not that I would use it, but i might. My character is a one-handed expert, but I might start a two-handed stretch for a wicked katana.

Well, yes, there is that.... I use a mod for craftable enchantable katanas. Lovely stuff! (Has now replaced the ebony 1 hander I started out the thread using....)

Legendary Daedric sword (w/fire and shock enchantments), Mehrunes Razor and thats about it. I have Chillrend but its up on my wall in my house. Havent used it. I like Mercer Frey's sword because dude was bada$$ when he used it. Too bad I didnt get when I chopped off his head.

Dawnbreaker and Dragonbane, but I really miss the Daedric Crescent from Morrowind. I see that someone has attempted a mod of it, but it's evidently a...to put it kindly...work in progress. I guess I'm not alone in missing it.

Tyrae Atreides improved to legendary a Blade's sword nicked from Delphine's weapon rack. It kicks [censored] something dreadful. She might enchant it when she learns how.

Daedric legendary sword of scorching with 179 damage + 32 points of fire damage. Looks great and annihilates everything.
I take it everywhere with me, even to the office. You never know who's gonna annoy you.

223 damage Skyforge steel sword....along with Wolf Armor + Banded Iron Shield wound out to 720AR. I didn't even need to abuse the Alchemy<>Enchanting loop (25 alchemy skill at level 42) to get that.

1. Chillrend -> The paralysis is so BA.
2. Dragonbane -> For dragon slaying.
3. Windshear / Dawnbreaker in case I got swamped by enemies.
4. Mace of Molag Bal -> The best mace in the game. Also the only tool I use to trap souls.

I've a Blades sword that is Legendary buffed and enchanted with Absorb health and paralysis... It is too much, really.....

Dawnbreaker is pretty awesome.
Not a fan of the katanas, mostly because you swing them like a longsword and it just looks weird.

Overall probably the Skyforge steel sword. Once you get that, you're set.

Scimitar on my 1h warrior, cause that thing is blazing fast.
