Dragons don't sound particularly masculine to me. Yes they have deep voices, but then they're also huge and have extremely long necks. Unless a dragon specifically referred to themselves as male I wouldn't assume they were.
Interesting view. What`s making you think this?
Dragons seem to me one of the most masculine creatures you can find. Let`s see why...
1. Deep throaty voice\roar. Typically masculine. I find their roar very masculine. Although there is a hint of feminine in there.
2. Very violent. Typically masculine.
3. Big. Typically masculine.
4. Ugly. A masculine sign.
5. Extremely dominant. A masculine trait.
I can`t see why a long neck would make them all female. I suppose you`re thinking of the `artistic long neck of a woman in pictures and such? That`s certainly not enough to assume Dragons are all female. Swans are male and female, giraffes are male and female.
I have also read many books on Dragons and they are often referred to as `He`. In fact, many stories have Dragons falling in love with beautiful Human Maidens. Others have them eating them.
Anyway, their six is really a diversion from the fact that ALL Dragons, of both sixes see Man (men and women for those of you who don`t understand what I mean by Man) as beneath them and inferior. The agression of any Dragon is to teach the puny, foolish human a lesson in instant death. The dragon will be violently aggressive to anyone Human whether its male or female, so six doesn`t come into it because it`ll generally make no difference to your survival in most cases.
