Forum downtime

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 8:20 am

A whole day without BGSF? I'll go crazy! :ahhh:

It wouldn't surprise me at all if the forums are down for 40+ hours. :)

OH GAWD NO. THINK OF THE CHILDREN AND THE RP'ERS.

The first aren't allowed on the forums and to be frank we try not to think of the second :D

There will be changes

Dun dun duuuuuuun!

David Bowie?

That would be awesome, but no.

WAIT. What if they add in... A TES V FORUM!

HOLY CRAP.

The last time the forums went down for an extended period they came back up with a "Future TES" forum for Oblivion, which was announced a month later.

We won't be doing that this time. Thanks for playing though.

What if this is some kinda vague half-truth and instead we get something else?

Honestly, I'm getting too paranoid...

I knew that much. :P

I believe that there has actually been a war in the moderator forum, hidden to us. The admins have finally beaten the moderators, and during the downtime the entire moderator team will be shot and Gstaff will set up rule based around equal distribution of wealth. All the small, inefficient forums will be merged into communal superforums ad anybody with more than 10,000 posts will have their count set to zero and be forced to undergo a period of re-education.

Glory to comrade Nick and his revolutionary forebearers!

Probably they will implement a 5 minute flood control too. A forum curfew as well.

How you can you be so evil?! It's like saying, "I need to show you something" but then taking it back! The thought is there forever... :ahhh:

...or at least until they come back.

Well, I guess the mods will get a much needed vacation.

While the rest of us suffer from BGSF withdrawal...

I for one welcome our Sith overlords' downtime.

Well, not really, but I'm trying to maintain a confident facade.

This will be a new forum for the TES line of pool toys. Life sized inflatable Almalexia to be used as a flotation device only, not a six toy.

I'm so getting the life-sized inflatable Nord with no clothes. :hubbahubba: At least, he'll still have his axe. Which requires daily polishing. Um, best stop there. Yes, indeedy.

Or a new range of children's and advlts' nappies. The catch? They're all permanently stained brown.

I've always thought of that disclaimer like the tag on your matress that asks you not to tear it. Why can't I tear off the mattress? Why can't I reach CHIM with some plastic Almsivi 'intervention'?

...I feel like vomiting after rereading that.
