I *HATE* Horses

Post » Tue Jun 12, 2012 12:00 pm

I was just about to steal something when I noticed I was detected.
There was no one around. I was detected? By whom?

Then I noticed the horse behind me.
"Cute" I said.

So after stealing something, the horse apparently told the guards and I had to give up my stolen goods and some money, too.

it's almost unforgivable that they left the animal recon in the game.

Not sure why but this almost put me into hysterics.

Anyway, yeah horses really svck. Mine always used to attack stuff whenever I would travel to a bandit fort or something. It would run into the fort and hit bandits until they killed him. Nothing of value was lost.

I *LOVE* my horsie. Although ironically I hate Maiq the Liar. Not you, OP - just that gimp in the game who stands around on the highways and byways of Tamriel, being annoying. He might accidentally fall on to several Thunderbolts sometime soon.

I installed the Better Horses mod simply so I could have Allie made essential. I won't have her dying - I once wiped out an entire fort of the Forsworn because one of them killed her, then reloaded the game so she was back alive, and went back to the same fort and killed them all again.

NOBODY messes with my horse.

Hey horses are very useful especially when your over encumbered. you can get on one and fast travel! that's really awesome to do! I personally think horses are really helpful. People have there own opinions but one horse stands out above all the rest. Shadowmere.

I will never forget that guy who told us how his horse started to talk in a female human voice and then attacked him. I will never buy a horse.

That's just frightening.

Also, I had to chase a horse halfway across Skyrim once because it was gonna tell that I killed the guard that was riding on it. And chickens reporting their own murders! What is the world coming to?

I kinda liked the horses in Skyrim .. Until they started attacking monsters and stuff. My newly purchased horse charged directly into a dragons fire breath ..

I rarely use a horse so I DONT hate them. When I use them I'm usually traveling, not adventuring, so I haven't had a bad run with a horse yet.

agreed, they are pretty useful if you like to loot everything in every dungeon, but not for riding

i never played 2worlds2,but, the first game's horse system destroys any TES game, imo.
