Is it just me or does any one else instantly stop watching the dumb shaky cams of peoples TVs on youtube? The only time i ever tolerated this was watching Daigo shame someone.

I think a better vid of Daigo's shaming was uploaded cause the cam didn't shake lol.

And yeah I do.

And I don't think that's a bug.

This dragon is not unique.
I have seen it happen to NPCs as well prepatch while exploring SKyrim, a spellcaster in this case.

Didn't read all 4 pages but yes. I fought and killed that dragon. I came upon a cut scene of another dragon creating that dragon at a dragon shrine. So I though it was just part of the game, lol.
